Do you mean to play it on Dynamite? They only have two hours a week for Dynamite and one hour for Rampage they can't afford to waste time, especially with that bloated roster.
Such a waste to show a 12 minute promo on a 2 hours show when they have so many superstars they could have showcase their ability in the ring, or just giving them time to drop a promo of their own.

If there is a rights issue or something, figure it out, if you are worried about taking time out of matches, I'd rather have 4 properly hyped matches than 5 with little to no promotion production.
