Thanks so much for sharing, it really turned out so beautiful. Hard to decide what will look good on the vintage quilt tops and you make it looks so easy. I really love to sit and watch you do the magic..
Hi Susan, Again I appreciate the “narrative” you give while quilting. I have a lot :-) of vintage quilt tops I plan to quilt. Your examples and reasons for what you choose to quilt helps me see the quilting bring this top to life. I like the motifs you chose to quilt on this quilt. I have several grandmothers flower garden quilts. When I am ready, I plan to scroll through your videos to see how you quilted those patterns. :-)
Susan, really enjoyed seeing your ideas and your results. I have a couple of tops from 30s and waiting for my skills to develop to take those on. I appreciate your skills and sharing. Thank you again.
I was watching a video recently (sorry I don't remember who's... sorry if it was yours) and she applied painter's tape all around the edges of her vinyl 1:45. She said helped to remind her not to draw off the edge of the vinyl and on to the quilt with the dry erase marker. ❤🌅🌵
Quilting just brings a top to life. I'm so glad you save these antique tops.
I am finishing my mom's quilt and I truly appreciate your tutorial. Thank you!
Just beautiful

I have applied duct tape to my vinyl in the past.
