You should buy the O ring kit from harbor freight, for under $10 bucks you get 382 O rings in every size from 1/4 inch up to 2 1/8 inch. You can adjust the rubber O rings you have by first wrapping some electrical tape cut to the width of the wheel groove, then put on the O right, that way you can add more tape until you get the same height as the original treads.
