The Ibanez Iron Label RGRTB621-BKF was made with the Metal in mind. 24 frets on an Ebony fretboard, Neck-thru body construction, Di Marzio pickups and an all black finish leaves no doubt about the kind of musician this guitar was designed to. So let’s hear it!

I played this guitar in store. It sounded so good that, after I played it, I couldn't play the rest of guitars in this store.

I’m no Proctologist but in my opinion this is one of the most bad ass Guitars I’ve ever seen from Ibanez. Butt, I’m a sucker for that matte black finish. (Pun intended) Cheers!

Same here. I've been looking at "Pre-order yours now" on all the online stores for the whole year. Are they real? 2023 version will probably be revealed soon...
Although I already own too many Ibanez RGs (6 total, one is a 7 string), I want this so bad to tune down even lower. Has anyone tried tuning one of these an octave below a standard guitar in E? If so, any recommendations on strings for that low? I always use Ernie Ball Slinkies of some sort, just looking for a string gage. I like the strings loose tension, for easy bends.

For 28 inch scale guitars try using 80, 65, 48, 36, 26, 17 for a standard tuning one octave below.

Yes absolutely. On a standard scale you need about a .72 string for G, on this a .68 will be perfect.
The in flames guys use .70 for A# on Gibson 24.75”
Mike Mushok uses .68 at drop G#

Great playing but the guitar lacks on bite where it needed it. On the subtle parts that could have felt more than just sounding quit hollow. I know its probably the pickups or the guitar entirely. You sir rock
I bought one of these and you can’t put strings thicker than the 10-46 gauge. It won’t go through the tuners. Guitar is amazing, I bought it to play in lower tunings but didn’t work.
You can modify the holes with patience and a drill bit ;)

Just bought this guitar and had the electronics fail . Pots went bad , input jack went bad. Not thrilled about the repair bill.
No way bro i’m sorry about that, i was thinking about buying it. But i think it would be better to get an Ibanez premium at that price instead

@jesusm. it actually benifed me cause i ended up replacing all of the pots and the jack and the Nut and had a pro set up done. Wow this thing is a real beast now!!! The electronics they use in Indonesia are garbage. Not sure where they are sourced from ! Makes me want to upgrade all of my guitars now lol
