- A slideshow of 55 photos from my Norway trip.
Starting down south in Oslo and Stavanger, leading up through mountains, fjords and interesting cities to the northernmost tip of Europe.
Music is by norwegian singer Sissel Kyrkjebø, "vestland Vestland" and "Se ilden lyse"

What beautiful dramatic scenery! My mother and brother have been and loved it! Sadly, not many English people visit. I must take my family to see this lovely remarkable country!

Beautiful country. I've been there with my mother and visited Stavanger (Miami-Amsterdam-Oslo-Stavanger) to see
where my great grandparents of my father's grandmother lived before they immigrated to Santos,State of Sao Paulo -Brazil. Norway=5 Stars.
Very nice pictures. And the artist's voice is beautiful. I will however have to agree that her songs are not my taste, but these two are a good choice for such a sideshow as they are very nice descriptions of Norway. The first one is about Bergen and sounding areas where the artist is from, the second is about Norway in general whit much mention of the things we are proud of, our nature and especially our mountains. This video show an idyllic view of Norway and the music fit well. Good video.:D

Sissel Kyrkjebø. She did sing the Olympic Hymn during the winter olympics at Lillehammer (94) among other things..
Oups I didn't kew that.. She has a really great voice I agree, but songs, hummm... it's not "my cup of tea" :-s
But I repeat again & again, your country is amazingly beautiful, people are great and its still a great souvenir for me : I was 18 when I went there and I'm still breathless !!!

What people think and feel are completley up to them, but it is an undeniable fact that Sissel Kyrkjebø who is singing here, was born and raised in Bergen. Not Kirkenes

just kidding, i come from Norway and it is nice, i come from south Norway and we dont have that kind of fjords here, but the nature is just as beautiful in the south as it is in the west of Norway.

ut when you go to other countries its fun that it is expensive in norway ! when you go in to a shop in another country, you will just start luaghing at the prises, and by as much as you can carry

Som dere hører er det vestlandet Sissel dyrker, ikke Norge som helhet.
Norge er ikke fantastisk som helhet. Vestlandet og Nord-Norge er.
Østlandet har omtrent ikke en drit å stille opp med når det gjelder landets skjønnhet..
