If the machine is shutting off with no ice around it prematurely, Turning the dial counter counter clockwise - “Warmer (more sensitive to ice)” and “clockwise (less sensitive to ice)” I would think the terminology should be reversed. Turning the dials the way he describes is likely the right way to adjust the thermostat but I would believe warmer should be “less sensitive to ice” (allowing the machine to keep producing ice in the colder environment) and colder be “more sensitive to the ice” (stopping the machine from producing ice as it’s not sensitive enough) The captions at the top of the screen would in fact be incorrect... reversed...? Please correct me if I’m wrong.
