Ye paani ring ke ander factory mein hi add kiya jaaye aur ring ko proper tarike se seal karte hain to hi thik hai-- faltu mein ring mein hole 🕳 karne ki zarurat nahi hai as long as ring toota nahin hai ya ring mein koi leakage nahin hai, to hole 🕳 na karein. Iske saath hi factory mein ring ko bhi apne aap mein balance kiya zaata hai jaise ki gaadi ke tyre ko balance karte hain - wo aap ghar par nahin kar paayeinge- agar zyada drill etc. Kar ke baad mein mseal etc. Se seal kiya to ring properly balance nahin hoga & baad mein problem karega later on.

Es lea pora drum naya lagayga. Os nay bohat khurcha bata diya hay. Bhai ager may es drum may drill kar k os may kitna water fill kron or baad may es sorakh ko kaisay band kron. Please help me.

Drill a hole opposite to the bottom hole from where u drain the water, so that Atmospheric pressure getinto top hole and push the liquid at bottom hole so that u can drain liquid easily
