Best to seek guidance from a good astrologer. Guru's placement, Mahadasha, all need to be taken into account. In very general terms, one will need proper guidance if Guru is retrograde. Moon in 12th gives Vipreet Raja Yoga but also the tendency to overthink, getting lost in one's own thoughts. Moving far away from one's birthplace can sometimes unlock the power of the 12th house

You need to listen to both. One of it will make more sense, based on your experience from the previous transit. That's one of the reasons why I touched a bit on 23/24 transit before moving on
