what happens if Saturn is yogkaraka transits 4th and 5th house for Libra ascendant
depends on dasha & natal planets. as for me, currently saturn dasha (natal saturn in 9th house), also sade sati as moon in 5th house. going back to full time education.

Jupiter is in Aries now. It stays in one sign for nearly one year.
Transit is from Moon or Ascendant?
from ascendant. from other talks he’s done, he doesn’t prefer transits from moon, with the exception of 7th from moon.
Pluto is in Capricorn. You can’t pick and choose your placements.

@@jum4ngie yes, which is why I disagree entirely. In my educated opinion, you have to stake your claim as to which foundation you use. One has to be right and the other wrong. This is the foundation of astrology and if we allow this, then that is a serious blow to getting Astrology to be as science like as it can possibly be. Sidereal is the correct system and I don’t even know why it’s up for debate. The western system is a historical and accidental error that we have somehow allowed to continue to exist. All the original and great systems of astrology used siderial. Ptolemy only used what we call ‘western’ because of the historical time in which both systems were briefly pretty much the same. But we know better now. Astrology is a system of mapping cosmic time. It comes from without our galaxy and into our own. I think western placements MAYBE can help to see our subjective biases, or what we think we are, but the sideral system is the only accurate system, and to go back and forth between them introduces huge confirmation bias.

to their opinion. i use sidereal in my everyday practice, but there are some things in the tropical system that adds tremendous accuracy and value to the existing predictions sidereal can provide. i personally have learned a lot from James Braha, and I can say with certainty he is adamant about not mixing both systems. Take what you will from this, but my opinion is that if astrology is “mapping” cosmic time, logically speaking, both systems would offer up results in the end. :)
