Hey Joe , thank you for answering my questions. Why buyer don't leave feedback on the items they buy? Do you care for feedback? I get 50% of customers' feedback on items I sell. Do you have any thoughts on these subject?
Thanks for sharing. I usually mod Sony Vita, PSP handhelds when I sell them and add games. Look out for Playstation 4's with firmware 11 or below, should be able to sell for a lot more as they are hackable.
I definitely have to agree, lots of opportunity ripe for picking in this area. Love picking around here especially yard sales and highway sales like the 301. There are definitely some gems on FB marketplace around here sometimes too. Marketplace can be pretty iffy though. Messaged somebody that had one of the fancy Bose SoundWave radios with a three disk changer posted that day for $20... No response and it showed pending the next morning and sold that afternoon. Easy $100-200 at least even for parts, maybe more depending on the exact model. No "Sorry I sold it already" or anything. Doesn't help that I have no idea how Facebook Marketplace works and have only bought one lot on there so far. Do marketplace sellers not have any kind of obligation to respond to people? Do they have to just go with the first person who is interested or how does that kind of stuff work? Thanks and keep it up!
27:00 - Normally when you offer free returns, refunding the original shipping is an extra step not included in the free return. The problem is when you offer free shipping. When you do that, you cannot retroactively charge for shipping when it comes to the return. This is one of the reasons you should never offer free shipping. When you deduct shipping from a buyer's return that was sold with free shipping, it's not only changing the terms of the contract with the buyer after the fact, it looks like you are charging a restocking fee. That is against eBay's terms of service and can put your account into jeopardy.
@@JustYourAverageJoeReseller Yeah, I already watched it. I was speaking more on the credit card side of things. I used to work for a credit card processor in their e-commerce department. Because of this, I know the kind of stuff that will go against the merchant (seller) in a chargeback dispute. I think too many sellers don't think about chargebacks. They think that if eBay decides in their favor, they're good. Cardholders (eBay buyers) don't even have to go through eBay with a dispute. They can go directly to the bank that issued the credit card.

Not sure how you find so much stuff. I source nonstop and our yard sales are dead out here in Dallas area. It’s too hot.

Correct but if eBay swings in your favor they eat it and refund you I’ve had it happen several times
