I have a 800 cforce 800. I also have a KFI plow 54” blade I wanted to be able to plow sidewalks 4’ wide with blade fully angle. I also have the front bumper like you have it supports fairlead good. No bending. I used the cable for the first year. It was OK it did start to fray, so I cut that section out, reinstalled it. This year in 2023 I installed a synthetic 1/4” 10,000 pd. rope. Change the fairlead to the one without rollers. Modify the old fairlead to mount the new fairlead so it clears the bumper bracket and weld it up to make stronger. The plow is made really well no rust I take the plow mount plate off in the spring it was getting mud up underneath it. I don’t use any Loctite on the Bolts. I just torque the bolts to 20 foot pounds. I use big flat washers that are part of the bolt to support the plow mount. I didn’t like the hardware that came with it. The plow mount is powder coated. And so is the blade and the tubes It’s not rusting at all. Only thing I did in the spring of the year when I took the plow off was spray it down with WD-40 inside and out seems to be good. I left the plow outside all summer standing up on the blade under two pieces of wood. Seems to be a great plow. I’d recommend it to anybody.
Any atv strap will work well! I am picking my kfi up tomorrow for the same machine just a Overland package in the US. I would recommend just doing way with the metal winch cable and getting a synthetic line for the summer. Thanks for the video shows in detail what needs to be done and its easier than I predicted! Cheers
I just bought this exact same system. I have the OEM aftermarket HDP skidplate like come on the overland. I wonder if this will work with the skidplates?
@PovertyPointCustoms I saw that. With mine there are skid plates under the floor boards. I may have to remove those and then hopefully the bracket will clear the thicker skid plate across the middle
I used a ratchet strap( just the strap part...instead of wire cable..the wire cable cuts itself from the plow going up down soo many times...the flat strap...spools up nicely on the winch.....doesn't cost much ....its the way to go...

I agree I'd say they are the best plows in the business, very well made!

Nice video, I'm thinking of putting a plow on my cforce 1000. I wonder what you mean by a plow strap? Who does it change the angle?
I ended up rerouting the cable, I'll do a quick video on my days off (Saturday) works much better and did not have to buy a winch strap.

Not following your solution to the winch cable angle?
It can be mounted up on the push bar pivot bracket
