Erin, does not matter how old you are, what you do, where you are, who you are with or why. You will always be “daddy’s little girl” and he will protect you as he thinks is best. It what dads everywhere do.
Yeah David I’m the same way with my two daughters my oldest one is 34 and my youngest daughter is 22 and I look after them and protect them with my life that’s what a true dad does for his daughters and sons to but I would absolutely kill for my kids
It's so hilarious how your dad kept cutting into your monologue. Your facial expressions... Priceless! It shows that he cares. Glad you're back in your buggy.
Couldn’t agree more!! That was pretty good father daughter stuff!!! Tube farmer problems. Trying to do a video and all the old timers keep interrupting on the radio.
You are in the TOP TIER of Badasses!.. There are so many people RIGHT NOW who DON'T have a broken damn leg, and aren't even trying to work!.. You, young lady, are quite the inspiration!..
You go girl! Taking action and getting back on the tractor there are a lot of people out here supporting you guys and girls. I'm older than you and I don't know you're well enough to tell you I'm proud of you, but I will tell you this you are nothing less than a true Farmer not a farmhand and not the farmer's daughter but a true Farmer in your own right you are a fine young woman and an asset to your family's operation
@@ernholbert Sometimes I look over at Laura and say oh shoot I hope she wasn't recording when I said that. Then it totally makes it in the next video! 🤣

You are doing the most important job in the world; growing crops to feed the world. Well done Erin for continuing to work with your father to harvest your fields, working into the night to do so. Just be careful climbing up into the tractor, and down again with your injured leg, and you will be fine.
There’s my Erin ! That beautiful smile and great attitude ! Makes my day start on a great note ! I enjoy seeing young people who will “ tough it out” instead of giving up and laying around. You are a GREAT representation of the American Farmer and an equally GREAT representative of your generation ! I’m an old guy, and a frustrated farmer at that. But I absolutely enjoy these videos of yours. Very informative and very real-the good and the bad. Thank you too for your honesty. Such a valuable commodity these days. Hang in there Erin your commitment is extraordinary you hang in there girl. Thank you and your family for your service to our country I hope you all have a safe and great harvest. God Bless you all. I am praying for the healing for your foot
It's amazing how we as farmers get back to work as quick as we can. I had a bad semi accident several years ago and our crew worked with me fantastically in getting back in the combine after 10 days of recovery. My sons and crew really stepped up and made sure all was well. by the way your Dad is awesome, if I had a daughter I would be the same
@@maxnex7676 It scared everyone, whether you like it or not, or admit to some amount or not. Being so close to it that he was able to help was probably what hurt the most. Being Dad made it tough, more than just scared, I think. He won't stop it until she runs a marathon, or such.

Glad to see you back! Last Friday our tree man was here. Had to access trees via neighbors yard Neighbor had granite bench. Tree guy and crew set seat on ground so as not to damage if they should drop a log. Later on tree guy comes back to remove rest of logs. No crew. Land lady asked for me to help tree guy put granite bench back together. We pick it up. Suddenly I feel a sharp pain in the back of my right leg. Down I go! Crawled back into the house. I can finally move. Talk about pain! Thank God for PBR LOL! Keep up with the good work kid! Hope you are feeling better!

These times with your dad are going to be treasured memories. When i was in college i helped my dad put down hardwood flooring and ceramic tile. I helped him finish the basement including a full bath and kitchen! It wasn’t easy and i was exhausted, but I’m disabled now and need a walker to get around. It’s those memories i look back in and thank God he gave that time either my dad! You’re doing a great job and your keeping so positive! You’re a true inspiration!
You can tell her Dad is very worried about her, and wants to make sure she is ok! Just shows you a good loving parent never stops loving and caring for their child like when they are little and can’t take care of themselves, you never stop being a parent no matter how old your child is….
In a factory you would not have been allowed to work and most would have stayed home. But on a farm we make use of anything we find away. You can see it in your dad strong and protective but won't stand in your way and does the little extra like pillow to make it alright. He knows it's something to take care off. Any comments on the girly touch in the cab I noticed the hair clip hanging on the radio
Great to see you smiling again. Almost like the first day of harvest. Such a strong lady and such a positive attitude. Just be careful. You have a great dad. Worried and taking care of his girl. Stay strong and keep that attitude. No more falls!!!
