We have purchased 3 suitcases, different sizes and two backpacks. We love them. One if them does flop over and is very hard to maneuver but I think it's the way we are packing them. Bought cubes and will try harder. Only improvement I would wish for is longer handles. My 6'4" husband ends up stooped over and with a back ache as the handles are too short.

My husband is 6’6” and I worried about this issue. I thought about adding an extra strap to maybe extend it.

I purchased this one in the large size and returned it after using it. It was so heavy when packed and kept falling over. It needs support. Purchased the new Lift off and I love it. The material is the best.

They have a newer version that has the pull out handle that regular luggage has. That one looks more stable.

I have the under-seat to overhead, and overhead to 25" check-in. Fantastic. Bought additional overhead to 25" as gifts.

I wanted to love the Biaggi Underseat Carry-On and was so excited when it arrived recently. But my brain and fingers were hurting when I struggled with getting the bottom part with the wheels to fold out. It was impossible. I saw a comment that it loosens up over time, but I don't have that much time. I have returned mine for a refund,

I am just starting to travel again and I have the same problem. Did you ever figure out how to flip the fabric over because mine won't flip. The idea may be good but I am really disappointed in the luggage. It's not usable.

They need an updated model to make it smart. Perhaps accessory pouches for a removable GPS locator, battery backup for charging laptops and phones, and more. The hard non-foldable items can be stored separately and installed before packing. I really think the market is going in the smart luggage direction. But milk this one for what it's worth.
