I’m currently renting in Duluth. Love the diversity. Hate the traffic and noise pollution. Really good food. Especially a 24 hour Korean BBQ restaurant

Traffic always stinks but the great restaurants are a great trade off! Thanks for watching.

The best part of Duth are all the korean shops and restaurants other than that is just another regular average city in the USA.

The restaurants are great...I think the city is very charming and you can't find that everywhere.

Only thing that makes Duluth special are the coffee shops and Asian restaurants that stay open late. Other than that there isn’t much.

...the traffic is pretty bad...in whole world.

Would you say this place is suitable for college students

Hmm. It depends on what you’re looking for. Duluth has great proximity to a lot of colleges in Atlanta.

Weirddddd my wife literally told me 25 min ago that she wants to make sure we move to Duluth when we relocate to GA next year from Los Angeles, for one reason only…apparently her favorite boba place here in LA (7 leaves) has opened there, what are the chances, fml

Haha! There are a lot of them around, this must be fate 😉 Seriously, we would love to help you. We haven't yet helped a Californian who wasn't absolutely thrilled with their relocation. You can reach us at hello@keypointhomesgroup.com or at 470-577-6472. We look forward to connecting with you!

What’s the name of the boba place? I’m in Duluth now and the number of places that serve it cause me happy anxiety

Great price point? What a joke. I live in the northern suburbs of Atlanta and bought my house for 160 thousand fifteen years ago.

      It’s..not…15 years ago.

@@MovingtoGeorgia That is my point. Everything is inflated and too expensive for too many people.

It kind of is a fair price point since Duluth is on the upscale side.
