- I have begun activities to regenerate trees that have been cut down for various reasons.
All the logs I use are scraps.
In most cases, collect the cuttable pieces and give them to a recycler.
The video shows a scene making a engel wing goblet from a tree branch.
Very advanced design work has been completed, so I'm glad to see it to the end!

Beautiful, as usual, but I need to learn not to watch your videos before I go to sleep as they give me nightmares! I would have poured some CA glue on that knothole inside the cup to lessen the risk of it breaking out as you turned it so thin.
Thank you for your comment! I think it's a good decision! I also want to quit watching TH-cam before going to bed. It's addictive here. lol Although it is not in the scene, I use a CA glue after applying paint. If I didn't do that, there would probably be a hole.

Failure is a few experiences. By learning a lot from my mistakes, I found a way to have a high success rate. However, I think it will fail if you are physically or mentally unstable.

The wood is saying, "l'm not perfect but see how beautiful l am. Even my knots and imperfections look gorgeous. Look at my colours how they stand out and blend together and give an aura of natural beauty". The piece of art is saying, "Look at my lines and shape. My master took an ordinary piece of wood and turned me into this alluring creation". Marvellous.

Quick question. Should I put oil on a wet bowl, or let it dry first?
Thank you for your comment!🙇🇯🇵 If you want to apply oil, let it dry before applying. However, I use a paint that cures in response to moisture, so I apply it wet.
