I love the prequel movie with Clint Eastwood & Guns N Roses, I don't remember them doing the Dirty Harry story line in the comic. Wait...what were we talking about?
Nicieza made him a smart ass with quips akin to Spider-Man. Joe Kelly took it to the next level and also made the tone of his stories match DP’s cartoonish behavior. Every writer after has emulated what Kelly brought and it’s what we see in the movies today. I do have a video on the first issue of Full Circle.
