Despite its good looks and styling The VW Amarok Aventura is an excellent off-roader but it’s no secret it will be mostly used for city driving and even at that it will still impress you with its comfortable suspension.
In this review we will discuss its features, practicality and cost of ownership.

The new Amarok Looks Gorgeous😍😍😍 I fall in love every time I see it on the road
Interior build quality of the previous Amarok was much better than the new one. The new one you can move the plastics on the dash/centre console very easily. I don’t think the new Amaroks interior will be as hardy as the out going Amarok. I’ve owned and driven in many out going Amaroks with high mileage and there’s no rattles. Don’t think the new Amarok will hold up as well. The suspension on the new Amarok is better though and I think this will help a bit in keeping the outside noise, vibration and harshness out of the cabin to an extent.
This channel is going places and the camera quality here is just insane. Shout out to your camera man/woman esp the shots from the highway.

Team Amarok(the out going model its wide appearance makes it very intimidating. When you see that thing approaching on your rear view mirror you instantly make way and besides when driving an amarok I don't have to worry about untimely death you know the story about Ford rangers in S.A😂😂

electric roller shutter is good in these times where people are being kidnapped and put in the boot of their car.. some old man in Temba Hammansakraal was taken and put inside the back of his HiLux. i guess electric roller is a deterent/safer since you can open from inside.

I prefer the look of the Ford Ranger. Something looks off with the face of the Amarok. The outgoing model looks better.

I think VW did well by partnering with Ford. Ford is the only company that has successfully challenged Hilux and this should do well for VW Amarok. Personally I know Ford is a best drivers car but VW has a beautiful design .. So this is a perfect car 😮

I drove the old Amarok buddy but this new one slaps hard in beauty! Can't really complain much in the kilowatts reduction it's isn't bad after all this is a bukkie and not a GTI
I prefer the old one. I'm looking at buying the outgoing model next year. It looks manageable to drive given it's size. The new looks bigger to me. Even with the design, I still prefer the outgoing model

Saw you the day you filmed this on the R21... I was the guy in the black Polo, in fact you can see my car around 06:50 behind the filming car. Anyway personally I'd rather get the Ford Ranger, rather go for the original than the copy-paste 😂... also the Ford Ranger doesnt have a VW badge so no paying for two letters of the alphabet in the price, German premium as I call it. Also the Ford Ranger is less likely to lose it's headlights when you're parked in South Africa.

Ford Ranger Wildtrack same as this Aventura. I test drove this Aventura and The V6 Wildtrack, there is just more excitement in the Wildtrack than Aventura. VW has less number of cup holders, aircon controls are difficult to access, the stirring is a bit harder than Wildtrak. However mechanically they are just the same. VW is good bakkie but Wildtrack V6 is on another level.
The suspension is different. It’s meant to be firmer for a more suv type of feel when you drive the Aventura
Team amarok. Because most of the things are standard and that maintenance plan will come handy, while in ford you have to add money for most things including service/maintenance plan
