SRK's wife was also once caught at Berlin airport for possession of marijuana.
That incident did not happen in India and she is not Muslim.
She was let go because the quantity indicated it was for personal use.
This is normal rich people life style. Absolutely no need to take this very seriously.

The fact that a ministers son with how convoy tramples and mowed down peaceful citizens was big news. The fact that the culprits are not even being questioned by the police is big news. As an Indian, I feel Aryan Khan issue is such a non issue!! And surely religion shouldn't be aligned to it, one doesn't even know if Aryan Khan is religious or not.... One thing is sure shot, he's an adult. Sanjay Dutt was openly addict, Sunil Dutt was sympathised with not bashed. The man is 24, an adult, his father has nothing to do with his life decisions, SRK shouldn't be bashed too but you shouldn't have said that Indians are targeting muslim actors, the Khans are made what they are by Indians. Rhea was witch hunted she isn't a Muslim, highly condemn this statement Aamna and Hassan! there have been massive events and mishappenings which coincide with the drug case timeline, which are much much much more important. Also a person who isn't trading in contraband substances but just consuming them is harming himself and is accountable to none. The administration and investigating agencies aren't at fault, rather media is, they are hyping it up unnecessarily. But we have had killings in Kashmir of two muslims and one Kashmiri pandit, we've had a massive drug cartel that was busted, we've had farmers run over by an MLA s son!! We've had crimes against women and children! who will believe that a rave which had 1000+ people, didn't have even one person FROM a political party or family?
I care two hoots about what rich people do with drugs.. they have resources.. when they're addicted movies are made about them ( SANJU). I care about school children, in orphanages, in Juvenile homes.. on roads... That's where the real world problem is when it comes to drugs. People who can't even battle addiction.

Bollywood is being targeted. India is doing a fake war on drugs to divert public attention from crucial matters. NO drugs can enter a state without government and police protection period. Here are my thoughts if you would like to read:
    - Sharurkh Khan became a superstar not because he is a Muslim but because he has good acting skill
    - APJ Abdul Kalam became famous because his work in launch vehicle technology took ISRO to a greater height
    - Ratan Tata became famous becoz of his leadership and kindness and not bcoz he was a Parsi
    - Jasprit Bumrah is the number one bowler for India not bcoz he is Sikh but bcoz he has the capability to bowl good over
Conclusion: As a nation you should look beyond someone’s religion, cast or creed. Only then you will start making progress. Which ever government comes and goes, the fact is listening to Azaan in the morning is common for 80% of Indian. You agree or not India’s fabric is still secular. If this was not the case we won’t have the second highest population of Muslim or every day thousands of Muslims from Bangladesh won’t enter India

Which is what is absolutely mind blowing so exemplary and amazing! No doubt! Truly Gandhi’s India! Bravo! However, if one doesn’t want that to be a legacy of the past then there is a long way to go in terms of political corruption.
Oh and here’s another thought the list is irrelevant as it very outdated...none except maybe not sure where the last one (Bumrah) is on the current modi meter timeline but other than that all these “minority achievements” took place back when the azaan hearing was considered an actual source of pride in the now newly and nearly officially and rather divisively coined “Hindustan”.

Hi Aamna, your comments on Aryan being arrested for being a Muslim kid is just wrong and an example of journalists using their preconceived, incorrect judgment about a country/ culture/ people that they they think they know everything about. Aryan was given that much hype because he is a celebrity- and that too of the highest tier because of his father. This type of approach is very inflammatory. Please accept that you’re biased against Indians and Indian culture and do not use a young boy’s demise to further inflame the already fragile relationship between the two countries for your own personal prejudice and propaganda. You owe all the Indians an apology. This was very disappointing and sad to watch especially coming from a journalist.

Theirs is a well informed opinion considering the countless hate crimes and incidents of discrimination happening against the Indian Muslims. No matter how much the India media try to stifle, they cannot really control social media. Word spreads. If that hurts your delusional ego, big deal. When giving tribute to any departed soul try to be more sensitive and concerned.
I know Amna comes from a different background where she didn’t find gone in her childhood and youth to see any of his work but constantly showing her lack of interest and even admitting it proudly that I didn’t see any of work is just like if you go to condolence at someone’s place and then say I don’t know anything about the gone one.

One thing for sure, whether it's entertainment world or politics some people always look at things from religion perspective.
Hassan and Aamna were controlling themselves from doing a full blown commentary on discrimination of Muslims in India.
But why not, when even their PM does not get tired of doing that? When such a big shot's son gets involved in a scene like this there is no Muslim and Hindu, it's always money, fame or notoriety.

Somehow I am not surprised to witness Aamna’s detached stance regarding Umar Sharif…..from what I have fathomed, she doesn’t have much knowledge about the cultural heritage of her own country…......Pakistani legacy of actors, actresses, dramas and movies are not paid much heed to (barring the contemporary scenario of course)……when it comes to our rich history of art and culture, I don't think Aamna or even Hasan are too aware of it (the latter is much better than the former)......their Bollywood knowledge is much richer and comprehensive than that of their own country.......I am not holding it against them because majority of Pakistanis are that way.......our generation was raised on watching Indian movies and later on watching those idiotic Indian soaps......however there are exceptions to the rule as well.........lol not trying to sound apne munh miaan mithu but my parents had introduced us to many aspects of Pakistani art.........let's say Sohail Rana songs for kids (what profound lessons through music), the black-n-white Pakistani movies featuring stars like Waheed Murad, Nadeem, Muhammed Ali, Sabiha Khanum, Shamim Ara, Zeba etc, music maestros like Ahmed Rushdi, Masood Rana, Bashir Ahmed, Runa Laila, Mala etc, our legendary ghazal singers such as Tina Sani, Nayyara Noor, Salman Alvi and of course the king of ghazals Mehdi Hasan, literary geniuses such as Nasim Hijazi, Ashfaq Ahmed, Qudratullah Shahab, Bano Qudsia, Mumtaz Mufti, Wasif Ali Wasif......poets such as Faiz, Ahmed Faraz, Ahmed Nadeem Qasmi and of course our ummah's pride Allama Muhammed Iqbal......children magazines such as Talim o tarbiat, Bachon ki dunya, Naunehaal, our legendary sport publications such as Akhbar e Watan and Cricketer (both English and Urdu), our legendary cricket commentators such as Iftikhar Ahmed, Chishti Mujaahid, Muneer Husain etc (what opulence they brought to the art of cricket commentary), Anwar Maqsood's unforgettable stage shows such as Studio Dhai or Studio Ponay Teen (his social commentaries were to-die-for.........that sharp wit tempered with moments of. mirth was matchless), plays like Talim e Balghan, Alif Noon, Aangan Terha, Sitara aur Mehrunnisa, Sunehre Din, Alpha Bravo Charlie, Dhuwan,............then came the more modern era of telefilms and we were introduced to gems such as the ones offered by Mehreen Jabbar. such as Ab tum jaasakte ho, Aur zindagi badalti hai, Pehchaan, Vasl, Aur zindagi badalti hai, Putli Ghar, the Kahanian series, faraar....but unfortunately our generation and the one after us is unaware of this wonderful sparkling legacy........even the contemporary novelists of today are ignored such as Nemrah Ahmed (but still the level of awareness today is much better).....we are more informed of the regressive crap churned out by doofuses like Karan Johar..........I so wish Something Haute would do something to promote our past glory so that Pakistanis and the rest of the world get introduced to the splendour of Pakistani art and culture.

Rhea C last year was hounded like no ones business and I don’t think anyone was more harassed in recent times then her. And mind you she wasn’t convicted either and her life was made a living hell. She even spent quite a lot of time in jail without being proven guilty. What he is going through is not even 10% of what she did. And he has a super famous dad so he will be out soon but she had practically no one. So the Indian media is shitty irrespective of the religion. I watched his Bakra Qiston Pay growing up along with my family. This was the one show that we all watched and enjoyed together that took us out of our everyday issues and problems for a bit. I can understand that his jokes might be deemed insensitive and inappropriate for some, but his delivery would somewhat soften the blow…they didn’t seem crass or vulgar as they would have had someone else told or performed them…either way, may Allah have mercy on his soul…

Depiction is the problem, Goa is depicted as hub, but the spread of intoxicated substance is in same every city due to anti- social elements, Don't go with the fact that movies depiction about Goa culture is just About drugs and all, Goa culture has much more to say about its food, beaches, portuguese history and more important history . Also crack down on other communities has been present also in India and many countries(prefer not to mention) , main stream media and social media are projecting certain viral videos for trp but the ground reality facts differ , moreover all the policies schemes are same for everyone irrespective of religion, gender etc. Every country have thier own pros cons in thier govt, policies ,celebrity stunts ,media, law, qauntity and quality of people etc because dynamics keep changing before bringing out about others country issues through sources ,do mention your own too.( that'll help in understanding the core).

Hi Amna, A lot of Hindu actors have been arrested by the police in the past for being on the wrong side of the law, the most recent one being Shilpa Shetty's husband . So please dont bring a communal angle to this incident. Aryan Khan was caught consuming drugs and hence arrested. It caught a lot of attention because he is 'The' Shahrukh Khan's son. It would have been the same if it was Hrithik Roshan or Ajay Devgan's son. There is no bias here because of his religion. Also, don't forget, Aryan is half Hindu. So even from that view point, I would say no bias.

Smoking causes cancer, Obesity (over eating) causes all kinds of health issues n we are not passing moral n ethical judgements on smokers or overweight folks. Every one please chill n stop judging others.

Somehow I am not surprised. Aamna is that way.....Pakistani legacy of actors, actresses, dramas and movies are not paid much heed (barring the contemporary scenario of course).....but when it comes to our rich history of art and culture, I don't think Aamna or even Hasan are too aware of it......their Bollywood knowledge is much richer and comprehensive than that of their own country.......I am not holding it against them because majority of Pakistanis are that way.......our generation was raised on watching Indian movies and later on watching those idiotic Indian soaps......however there are exceptions to the rule as well.........lol not trying to sound apne munh miaan mithu but my parents had introduced us to many aspects of Pakistani art.........let's say Sohail Rana songs for kids, the black-n-white Pakistani movies, music maestros like Ahmed Rushdi, Masood Rana, Bashir Ahmed, Runa Laila, Mala etc, our legendary ghazal singers such as Tina Sani, Nayyara Noor, Salman Alvi and of course the king of ghazals Mehdi Hasan, literary geniuses such as Nasim Hijazi, Ashfaq Ahmed, Qudratullah Shahab, Bano Qudsia, Wasif Ali Wasif......poets such as Faiz, Ahmed Faraz, Ahmed Nadeem Qasmi and of course our ummah's pride Allama Muhammed Iqbal......children magazines such as Talim o tarbiat, Bachon ki dunya, Naunehaal, our legendary sport publications such as Akhbar e Watan and Cricketer (both English and Urdu), our legendary cricket commentators such as Iftikhar Ahmed, Chishti Mujaahid, Muneer Husain etc (what opulence they brought to the art of cricket commentary), Anwar Maqsood's unforgettable stage shows such as Studio Dhai or Studio Ponay Teen (his social commentaries were to die for.........that sharp wit tempered with moments of. mirth was matchless), plays like Talim e Balghan, Alif Noon, Aangan Terha, Sunehre Din, Alpha Bravo Charlie, Dhuwan,............then came the more modern era of telefilms and we were introduced to gems such as the ones offered by Mehreen Jabbar. such as Ab tum jaasakte ho, Aur zindagi badalti hai, Pehchaan, Vasl, Aur zindagi badalti hai, Putli Ghar, the Kahanian series, faraar....but unfortunately our generation and the one after us is unaware of this wonderful sparkling legacy........even the contemporary novelists of today are ignored such as Nemrah Ahmed.....we are more informed of the regressive crap churned out by doofuses like Karan Johar..........I so wish Something Haute would do something to promote our past glory so that Pakistanis and the rest of the world get introduced to the splendour of Pakistani art and culture.

@@mehreenmisbah9556 i agree with you, the way you have put it all together is so spot on, even i could not have expressed it better. It is as if we are ashamed to show our inclination towards Pakistani content, until or unless it is "burgernized", I completely respect personal choices, but here i thought the whole thing was a one man show where Hassan was putting in his part of the bit and Amna was smiling like it was not her business at all, then she discusses his genre of comedy was too open, and i am thinking ke where is this going now. i respect this show but recently it has become very Amna opinionated and centric where what she thinks and all, but anyways it was very sad and disheartening to see this kind of attitude. one thing you clearly understand that people are worshippers of the rising sun kiunke Shahrukh khan is a big star (which he is by all means) therefore his son gets a piece from the gossip columns for being arrested and that is "IT" news. Very sad is all i can say, for me i felt when Moin Akhtar left that he took a HUGE piece of my childhood and after Omar shareef i felt that the the industry has lost a gem and an institution all together.
