Secret Santa Update: The family who received a grocery store shopping spree

- For the past five years, we've been able to help surprise deserving people eastern Idaho with gifts from an anonymous Secret Santa.
Many times we're asked for updates on the recipients so every Thursday, from now until Christmas, we'll be posting an interview with someone who received a Secret Santa gift in the past.
Last year, Tomas Lizarraga and his family with a grocery store shopping spree. Thomas, his wife and four kids had been in a serious crash months earlier. Tomas and his 15-year-old both had their hips broken and were admitted to the hospital.
We decided to follow up with the Lizarraga family and see how they are doing a year later. Watch the video in the player above for the update.
A once in a lifetime experience. They are still overflowing with joy, and gratitude.

A year ago it was steaks and hamburger.......today it would be toilet paper and hand sanitizer.

The fact that Nate was helping shows that this wasn't "just a bit".
I loved how he grabbed paper towels and stuff at the end, cuz I myself was thinking “2 minutes is A LOT of pressure” but I can see they were blessed by SS’s generosity.
