Shooting the driver? How do you know he wasn't being forced to drive at gun point etc. If I was your Chief i would be reprimanding all of you involved here. And then the spikes being put down without telling everyone that spikes are down causing all officers to get spiked. smh

@@CousinMarvin Well good thing you are not my chief. Also the spikes were put Down by the sheriff and he went afk.
