I just realized what that is... medicine cabinet. Now you just need to come up with a hinge and a wall box.

I just made a similar door for a dog house. The original was too big for a smaller dog, so now it looks like a metal hatch with a smaller opening in the middle.

Is that the Door off Mr Squiggles Rocket, with hole for his Pencil Nose ?
