    A common phrase my parents and grandparents would say was, "I'm going down to the end." It generally meant they were going into town, which was the Woodland neighborhood business area. It wasn't until I was an adult that I realized they were referring to the end of the line in Woodland. Even though it was gone long before I was born, they still called it "The End." My Dad still said it up until he died earlier this year. Thanks for the video!

    I grew up in Woodland and remember the trollies running in the mid fifties. My Great grand parents were some of the first people to live there. I also remember the turn around at the end had a building with a large porch that had chairs where old men would sit and play checkers. That funky odd shaped little building on your slide with Glen Avon is a home. It's still there

    In Carlton mn, by Cloquet, there's the streetcar Cafe. Was there ever streetcars in Carlton ?
