Hey Kelly! Thank you so much for the kind words and thats a great question! So a lot of my brands are on Etsy which acts as its own social media platform, so no I dont create social media presences for each brand and its something I teach against in the early stages of setting up a store. Its much better to go all in creating new products rather than splitting you attention between social media and your store :)
@@ThatJessaB that makes so much sense. I’m a graphic designer by trade and sometimes we can overthink the branding piece and then building out a whole ecosystem. I’ve tried Etsy before but I didn’t do very well - I just wasn’t organized. So glad I found your channel. Thank you 🙏🏼
Thanks for another great video. :) Just wondering why you rebrand old stores and not just start new ones? Also why so many bridal/wedding stores - does each one have a completely different niche?
Hey Kim! So lovely to hear from you! I just find its easier to rebrand as store than go through the full process of setting it up from scratch. A lot of the time I will have already invested in the listing fees so I can go through and change the products rather than be charged again. Thats a great question - for a long time it's what I was most passionate about! I was always testing to see how I could do it better / make better products / present it better. If I was to pick any niche these days, it would still be a wedding stationery store I think! But thats a personal preference, and not a strategy :)
Hi Jessa, love your videos and everything, thank you for sharing! 🙂 Quick Question: Why are you thinking about closing one of your shops? I mean, even though the sales aren't huge, isn't it better than nothing? Or is it not profitable? All the hard work in those listings. :-)
Hey Maria! Thank you so much for the kind words. Two of my stores I gifted to my brother who now runs them and the game store I closed because it really needed a lot more energy to be successful and I am focused on other projects - without that really commitment the store would have fizzled out and become a cost / not profitable :)
@@ThatJessaB Do you mind me asking how you "gifted" the stores? I want to do the same but understand that Etsy has strict rules about changing owners. Do you have it all set up under an LLC or Corp? Just wondering how to go about it and really appreciate any help you can give.
Hi! wow, you are amazing, I have started with my Etsy store as a graphic designer, and I was wondering if it´s possible to have digital products and products on demand at the same time? like I wanna do many stuff because I love to illustrate a lot of things. Is it ok if I don't have like an specific niche? thanks
Thank you so much! I love that you're excited to create, and it’s awesome that you're already on Etsy! While it’s definitely possible to sell both digital products and print-on-demand at the same time, I’d recommend focusing on a niche for better results. Going too broad can make it harder to get traction because your audience might not know what to expect from you. A specific niche helps build trust and consistency, which leads to sales. Once you've grown in that niche, you can always expand by opening a second store! Just remember that starting focused will make your journey smoother. 😊
@@ThatJessaB oh! That's what I needed to hear! Thanks so much!!!! now i'm open eyed to just focus on one thing at the time, and the possibility to open a second store if everything works well :)

@@PositivitysDust thats a great idea! You can use the same payment & banking details - Etsy links them behind the scenes. You just need a new email address each time, but I set it up as an autoforwarder so they all go to the same place :)
You can absolutely have multiple stores you just need an email address for each one - Etsy connects them with your IP address :) You just have to mention in your profile that you have multiple stores, and the stores also can not be duplicates of each other - they have to be their own brand and/or product type.
How did you manage to have so many stores? As far as I know, one IP address can only log in to one store. What platform are you using to manage and log in to so many stores at the same time, thank you
Hey there 👋 Thank you so much for the great question! Etsy has no limit on the number of stores you can have :) You just cannot have duplicate products/listings. I hope that answers it - wishing you all the best! 🎉
Hello Jessa sister For each shop can we get free listing s? I mean 1 Shop = 40 free listings 2 shop = 40 free listings 3 shop = 40 free listings Does etsy allow free listing for multiple shops ?
Hey there 👋 Thank you so much for the great question! From my experience no you don't - though I would check with your accountant, as it may vary depending on the country. I hope that answers it - wishing you all the best! 🎉
Hey there Priscilla, Many of my listings are variations of other listings. To build bulk I create color variations etc. I also use an initial design as a template to create others. For example a wedding invite design can be changed to make a seating chart, details card etc. It speeds up the process and enables my stores to have a bigger presence on the platform :)

@@ThatJessaB Thanks Jessa. That makes sense, thanks for letting us learn from your experience :)
Hi Jessa, love your videos and everything, thank you for sharing! 🙂
Quick Question: Why are you thinking about closing one of your shops?
Thanks for sharing
Jessa, what's the reasoning behind opening niche stores? Why not one big store with categories?
One of my stores has over 11,000 products - at a point its just important to seperate niches by what people are looking for :)
Hi! wow, you are amazing, I have started with my Etsy store as a graphic designer, and I was wondering if it´s possible to have digital products and products on demand at the same time? like I wanna do many stuff because I love to illustrate a lot of things.
Hello Jessa . Hopefully you are doing good . You are doing amazing work !! But my quesetion is If All these account are on the one details . there are no chances of suspension ? Please do let me know .TIA
Hello!! You need a seperate email for each account + in your Etsy profile you need to make sure you make it clear you own multiple stores by listing them :) You also can not use duplicated products across your stores - each one needs to have unique products :)
@@ThatJessaB Perfect thanks !!
Great video, i recommend changing your camara angle. Maybe bring it down a bit. It's like you're staring up at us in most of your videos.
Glad it was helpful & thank you for your feedback ❤ This is my preference when it comes to angling the camera but appreciate your thoughts 😀
@@ThatJessaB you welcome :)
Hi, how much do you pay for Etsy Listing cost from overall stores?
A lot! Its 20cent for 4 months :) But the profit is a lot higher than the cost of the listing fees so its fine!
Hi Jessa- on Etsy, can we open as many stores under one email? How does it work? And do we need business license? Thank you for sharing these info :)

@@ThatJessaB great! thank you:)
@@ThatJessaB hi jessa- I recently signed up for your class and joined the fb group too. When you mentioned, by listing them… is this listing all of them? Is this list private that only Etsy know?
@@grandmachuensgarden just on your profile - everyone can see it :) Its an old rule that I haven't seen Etsy ask for for a long time, but they did originally so I like to recommend people to do it :)
Hello! Is openning multiple stores on etsy is allowed? I heard its not right? Are u not afraid of getting suspended? I also plan that in the future but Im afraid to do it.
Btw great video! You must be really busy and incomes 10x more becausr u have a lot of stores💗
You can’t open duplicate stores so just need a new niches and new products per store 🥰
@@ThatJessaB Awesome! How about the bank details and name of the owners of each etsy shop? Was it okay to use the same details repeatedly? Maybe can you share a new video about explaining the tips and tricks about bulding another etsy stores?
@@PositivitysDust thats a great idea! You can use the same payment & banking details - Etsy links them behind the scenes. You just need a new email address each time, but I set it up as an autoforwarder so they all go to the same place :)
@@ThatJessaB Wow awesome! Looking forward for your new videos especially with this topic. I hope you'll make one 😍
So…create a store per niche. Thank you! 👍🏼
Absolutely! but build out one at a time
How does etsy allow you to open so many shops with same things? Invitations etc? I read somewhere that doesnt allow that. I am confused 😒
You can absolutely have multiple stores you just need an email address for each one - Etsy connects them with your IP address :) You just have to mention in your profile that you have multiple stores, and the stores also can not be duplicates of each other - they have to be their own brand and/or product type.
@@ThatJessaB aw great, Thank you so much ❤️
Do you have seperate emails for each? I want to add a second shop. 😅
Yes :)
@@ThatJessaB Etsy requires you to list the stores in your about description, where do you place these listings? Looks like separate accounts
How are you switching between all the stores so easily? Are you able to do this without having to keep logging in and out of each store?
Im using a bit of software called Shift - it stays logged into all the stores! It was a game changer!
@@ThatJessaB Thank you so much
Hello Jessa sister
For each shop can we get free listing s?
I mean
1 Shop = 40 free listings
2 shop = 40 free listings
3 shop = 40 free listings
Does etsy allow free listing for multiple shops ?
As far as I know it does as long as you don't exploit the system and use your own affiliate links.
P.S. lovely to see you!
How is your store coming along so far?
@@ThatJessaB i didn't opened any store in etsy
I want your guidences Jessa sister
@@vijaysunkara6897 let's get this done! So excited for you - the first thing you need to do is pick what you are going to make!
Super mam
Hey there, thank you :)
Do you need multiple business licenses?
Hey there 👋 Thank you so much for the great question!
From my experience no you don't - though I would check with your accountant, as it may vary depending on the country.
I hope that answers it - wishing you all the best! 🎉
Did I hear 11,000 products in 1 store? Wow!!
Hey there Priscilla,
Many of my listings are variations of other listings.
To build bulk I create color variations etc. I also use an initial design as a template to create others. For example a wedding invite design can be changed to make a seating chart, details card etc.
It speeds up the process and enables my stores to have a bigger presence on the platform :)
