Sorry if this is late but try to disconnect ur mouth from the guitar by playing some chords and try to talk completely off rhythm from those chords and you just wanna keep talking and you want it to do nothing with the rhythm that your playing and once you can talk while playing guitar , it would be easier to sing and play
