  • How to Achieve Thoughtless State of Mind has been discussed here. With the help of this technique, you can stop thoughts in your mind instantly.
As this technique can stop chatter of mind, so it can be used for curing overthinking and anxiety for quick relief without any medicines.
Do you also think that being thoughtless is impossible and this peaceful state can be achieved only by experts? If yes, then let me tell you that it is possible to achieve the state of thoughtlessness instantly.
If you don't believe me then all I can say is, just watch this quick video and experience it yourself.
Let me tell you that this technique to stop thoughts never fails.
You can use this technique anywhere and anytime.
    So without wasting time,
let's enjoy the blissful state of Thoughtlessness.
All you need to do is, just follow my instructions-
First of all, Close your eyes
    Now watch your thoughts.
Don't try to stop the thoughts
Let them come and go. Don't judge them.
Now ask one question to yourself in your mind.
What will be my next thought?
and wait for your next thought.
    Keep waiting...
You may ask again, what will be my next thought?
Did you notice that there are no thoughts in your mind. You have now become thoughtless.
But how did this miracle happen?
Actually the secret is, while waiting for the next thought, a new thought cannot enter into your mind.
So enjoy the thoughtless state of mind and if you experienced it, don't forget to write in the comments.

Superb, this State is termed as "Shambhopaya" stated in ancient Kashmir Shavism text of Vignanbhairava.Continous practise of this establishes one in that state eternally making him "aware" of his Universal Identity, where the ego loses its identity; its like the wave 🌊 merging in the Ocean.

A person's train of thought is persistent. The video presents a scaled-down version of classic or traditional meditation, but it slows the train of thought for just a few moments. A better way to stop the flow of thoughts is this:
      1. Get into a comfortable position. This is so that you will not get distracted when you start meditating.
      2. Breathe deeply and slowly for a minute or two. Longer, if you wish.
      3. Go back to breathing normally but pay close attention to your breathing. Do not change anything about it. Just observe it. Listen to it and feel it.
      4. This may be the most important step for you in particular: turn your attention from observing your breathing to observing your own thoughts. Don't change anything about them. Just watch them and observe them. This is important because you seem to be pursuing a goal of stopping your thoughts and are disappointed when it doesn't happen. Don't pursue anything. Just observe your thoughts. Attach no importance to any thought, even bothersome ones. Do nothing but watch your thoughts come and go.
      5. You will notice your thought process slow down and your thoughts become fewer and fewer. This will happen without you having to do anything but continue to observe your thoughts non-judgmentally. There may be short periods between thoughts where you have no thoughts at all. Pay attention to these spaces of time. This is the exact state the narrator is pointing viewers toward.

Consider that thoughts are only words. Words/thoughts have silent spaces between them. Watch your thoughts but focus on the space between thoughts. There are no thoughts in the spaces. Watch and allow but do not force the spaces to expand.

very helpful, an inner stillness thus arises. It is similar to Simone Weil’s attitude of waiting - ‘ Above all our thought should be empty [vide], waiting [en attente], not seeking anything [ne rien chercher], but ready to receive in its naked truth the object that is to penetrate it. ‘

A similar technique: conduct a neutral, mundane conversation with yourself in your head. Then deliberately slow that conversation down and start listening to the spaces between words. At first, the inner silence may come for only a second or two before the next word. But then you get used to it and start lengthening the time of inner silence.
