Chidi Okezie, Hampton University Alum, set to compete in first Olympics for team Nigeria

Born to a Nigerian father and Jamaican mother, Chidi Okezie grew up in Philadelphia before making his way to Hampton to run for the Pirates. Since finishing his career in 2015, Okezie has been running professionally and most recently qualified as part of the mixed 4x400 relay team for team Nigeria.
