When MOH was good :') Dem memories :D One of the best games I've ever played, it was my favorite FPS this and COD 1-2 when they where actually good :'D please go back to WW2!
Superb Game ever.. In 2002, what more you can expect.. My first game of my new computer .. i was just 9 then.. use to get scared to go through this game..But it was really a dope..
The same happened with Rising Sun and Pacific Assualt. Its cool that they decided to make two different games instead of just porting Frontline or Rising Sun to the PC.
I beat this mission with my grandfather looking over my shoulder. "Keep moving! That's how they did it! Keep moving!" he told me. So I did. This game shaped so much of who I am today. Good times...
@Jackty89 yes because regeneating health is so realistic. "Are you hurt? MEDIC!" "No dont worry, i will be fine, just give me a minute and my arm will stop hurting."
Josh Washington I thought both games had excellent DDAY levels. However come to find out, those monstrous pillbox bunkers never existed in real life...so it's strange that every game incorporates them.
It may freeze, but very rarely, but I have Windows 8 and used to play it on my older Windows 7 laptop. Runned relatively fine all the time. MoH: Pacific Assault too, just some sound lag due to my sound card (Windows 8).
this level was great, so was the last tank mission (the bridge) the OSS sections however, should've never been made. I still wish the G3 officer could stay still.
'Conscripted Polish', you offend every patrotic Pole by saying it your way. Plus most of these 'conscripted' Poles were actually born in the Germany, because back in WW1 this was still German land. And please remember that Poles were more patrotic as you think.
Bob Hinderblake The fact that you automatically assume Heir of Arminius was intending to thereby imply something derogatory about Polish people by doing nothing more than sharing an interesting factoid says more about you than it does about him.
11:37 also in frontline and unlike here, you couldn't snipe the other tower and the second machine gunner nest was invincible to headshots, even from point blank range
Ace, been playing the equivalent on PS2 (Frontline) and always heard how this was much better. The level runs very similar but this does look better, both are cool though.
Why does every WWII game copy Saving Private Ryan? You can hear "Who the Hell are you guy" in the background (from the typewriter scene) and "Mama!" from when that one guy had his guts spilled out.
When you make a game out of something that really happened it makes the game better, it has more action. If you like black ops get the fuck out of here
+CowboysNation Saving Private Ryan depiction of D-Day is completely unrealistic. Also these bunkers you see in the movie and games, never existed. In Omaha beach there was a small pillbox and MG nest for every 100 meters
God DAMN it took me forever to get off this goddamn beach, unlike COD it was actually challenging and made me try multiple things until I finally got it right.
I've played Call of Duty I have xbox i've played them all from CoD 1 to CoD 8 and none of them compare to this game! MOH was so fair no one had kill streaks so you did not know were the nemy was or just randomly kill them no one started of with shitty weapons everyone chose between Allies: Springfield, M1 Garand, Thompson, BAR, Bazooka or shotgun Axis: Kar98 Scoped, Kar 98, MP30 , STG44,Panzerschrek or shotgun Such a great game
Holy shat I don't remember that opening movie!! I must have always skipped it to get straight to gameplay! :O Another reason to install it again! Main reason is nostalgia :(
It might work for Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows ME, but not Windows NT because I already know it doesn't support Windows NT.
A reboot of this series with Next Gen graphics and a big campaign for both sides (alies/axis) with a good storyline would be so fuckin' awesome! :D i'm so tired of playing modern or futuristic shooters -.-
Out of the three in the MOHAA subseries I've played Breakthrough the least so I can't really say if it holds up true for that game. I only remember that the enemies in singleplayer deal severe damage.
Where exactly was this massacre? I found something about 60 German prisoners shot in retaliation for the Malmedy massacre, in which 84 men were shot. Later on, some SS soldiers tortured and killed 11 black american prisoners.
Me and my dad used to play Medal of Honor all the time on original xbox when it was good until call of duty came out then he stopes playing call of duty is ok I geuss but you can't beet the Medal of Honor series
i remember when i played this game for the first time. thought it was the best game ever. still one of my long time favorites
I remember playing and replaying this level sooo many times. Even after I finished the game, I kept coming back to it. Sooo much fun.
This was the best mission. The fact that I still remember the first time I played it is pretty incredible.
When MOH was good :') Dem memories :D One of the best games I've ever played, it was my favorite FPS this and COD 1-2 when they where actually good :'D please go back to WW2!
one of the greatest moments in gaming! I could not believe what I was playing at the time amazing!
This is one of the best games made on WWII.I'm still playing it,together with Medal of Honor:Allied Assault Spearhead
Superb Game ever.. In 2002, what more you can expect.. My first game of my new computer .. i was just 9 then.. use to get scared to go through this game..But it was really a dope..
I miss WWII games like this.
My cosin had this game and I've been looking for it for years thank you
This game is a classic. I really love it, still play it
The same happened with Rising Sun and Pacific Assualt. Its cool that they decided to make two different games instead of just porting Frontline or Rising Sun to the PC.
love how the cutscenes look like some games today, then the actual game you can like see the mega pixels
This is like Medal of honor Frontline
It would sound better if you say Frontline is like Medal of honor allied assault.
Josh Washington I thought both games had excellent DDAY levels. However come to find out, those monstrous pillbox bunkers never existed in real life...so it's strange that every game incorporates them.
I miss these old games.
I played this a lot back in 2002. Good times
It may freeze, but very rarely, but I have Windows 8 and used to play it on my older Windows 7 laptop. Runned relatively fine all the time. MoH: Pacific Assault too, just some sound lag due to my sound card (Windows 8).
around 11:30 there's the video game ver. of Saving Prvt. Ryan scene.
this level was great, so was the last tank mission (the bridge) the OSS sections however, should've never been made. I still wish the G3 officer could stay still.
Little known fact, most of the troops defending Omaha beach were actually Polish, lead by German officers and NCO's.
'Conscripted Polish', you offend every patrotic Pole by saying it your way. Plus most of these 'conscripted' Poles were actually born in the Germany, because back in WW1 this was still German land. And please remember that Poles were more patrotic as you think.
Bob Hinderblake Wow holy shit. Didn't have to explode over that shit.
Bob Hinderblake
The fact that you automatically assume Heir of Arminius was intending to thereby imply something derogatory about Polish people by doing nothing more than sharing an interesting factoid says more about you than it does about him.
Best soundtrack of any game ever made :)
Hi, thank you to watch and the subscription channel. For now I do not have time to play, but in future I will consider publishing a movie in HD.
11:37 also in frontline and unlike here, you couldn't snipe the other tower and the second machine gunner nest was invincible to headshots, even from point blank range
first video game i ever played, so many memories...
if only I was here I got to remember this epic missions dear old Medal of Honor?
ooOOOoooo the memories . great vid :)
Is it bad that this scene has better and more terrifying sound design than the new call of duty ww2 d-day scene.
This is going to be awesome
oh, how far games have come...and yet how little they have changed.
Ace, been playing the equivalent on PS2 (Frontline) and always heard how this was much better. The level runs very similar but this does look better, both are cool though.
I remember in medal of honor: frontlines i would move up the beach using my fellow commrades as cover and watching them get there helments shot of :)
And to this day, Medal of Honor Rising Sun is still probably my favorite PS2 game besides Gta San Andreas.
Brandon Callahan my favorite PS2 games are the original Star Wars Battlefront games
best of cod and moh were the ww2 games of them.
The "cannons" were 88mm flak guns that shot at them.
It's weird to think that this used to look convincing before the advent of mo-cap.
Why does every WWII game copy Saving Private Ryan? You can hear "Who the Hell are you guy" in the background (from the typewriter scene) and "Mama!" from when that one guy had his guts spilled out.
well for one, this game came out in 2002 and on top of that, the story was co written by Steven Spielberg who made Saving Private Ryan
When you make a game out of something that really happened it makes the game better, it has more action. If you like black ops get the fuck out of here
+CowboysNation
Saving Private Ryan depiction of D-Day is completely unrealistic. Also these bunkers you see in the movie and games, never existed. In Omaha beach there was a small pillbox and MG nest for every 100 meters
this game was my childhood
God DAMN it took me forever to get off this goddamn beach, unlike COD it was actually challenging and made me try multiple things until I finally got it right.
I loved this game maI still have it on the shelf..
I was using a Voodoo5 3.2 Gig Intel at the time.. 4 gigs of ram & and raptor 10,000 RPM.
Best moment in Game history EVA
You know this reminds me of Medal of Honor front line a bit and is this on the old xbox?
Oh good old days...
The bloodiest beach on d'day. My great grandpa fought on Omaha beach.
The cameraman is the most unverable person i have ever seen
saving private ryan: the video game. has almost identical lines from the movie too.
The sniper is in the first crater when you go after beach and onto the wall under the bunker
Holy shat I don't remember that opening movie!! I must have always skipped it to get straight to gameplay! :O Another reason to install it again! Main reason is nostalgia :(
so much memories :(
I play this on my computer max everything and it makes me feel awesome cause i can't do that with any other game. :D
it's amazing when you think most smartphones these days are more powerful than the recommended requirements of this game
guys pause at 3:29
damn i hope that year 2014 is gonna be really soon :D
because i really want to say
Hey im watching this in 2014, yo hey bro !
It might work for Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows ME, but not Windows NT because I already know it doesn't support Windows NT.
Like an animated version of the first scene in Saving Private Ryan
yo when ur using ur tompson u know that handy-dandy invention called SIGHTS
que buenos recuerdos con este juego :D
i remember my child hood way back 2006
Funny that, Considering Allied Assault was released before Frontline....
A reboot of this series with Next Gen graphics and a big campaign for both sides (alies/axis) with a good storyline would be so fuckin' awesome! :D i'm so tired of playing modern or futuristic shooters -.-
you wouldn't be wanting to after you have seen saving private ryan
Lol when i played this 10 years ago i was fucking amazed :P when i look at this now im like mehhhh not that impressive
Are you thinking about European assault? Because this was released on PC and Mac. Not consoles
they're were made side by side at the same time
Nostalgia feels
Anyone else remember having a set health bar that didn't regenerate.
this medal of honor game is best
The first mission is your finest hour in frontline
the one thing I wish EA could change is bullet impacts. 1 bullet per enemy, add iron sights and lower the difficulty for sniper town.
To be honest it is THAT easy to take down an enemy if you shoot the head. Even on hard mode.
tell that to level 1 of breakthrough
Out of the three in the MOHAA subseries I've played Breakthrough the least so I can't really say if it holds up true for that game. I only remember that the enemies in singleplayer deal severe damage.
yup. question, in the king tiger level, how come an ordinary panzer can kill you?
Good job
what's wrong with the framerate of all of these videos? this game should run smoothly on any pc that can manage to not collapse under its own weight
This are games all Medal Of Honor games and few COD like COD 1 and 2 :)
Thumbs up if you can't wait for this game to come out.
@Nick C., no, do NOT reference ANY MOH game to CoD, my fellow nickelodeon. MoH Is too good for CoD.
Well, Steven Spielberg is the creator of this series, believe it ot not.
Still think this is the best game ever made
was this suppose to be modeled off of saving private ryan?
I just remembered there's a hidden Thompson on this map
it must have taken you forever to play all the way through this game. You are clearly to scared to move most of the time.
@MegaJackThomas Normally fraps
yes it is.Since the both game and movie are scripted by Spielberg.
GOOD JOB
What does it matter if there is a hidden thomson?!? He already has one
@SuperRiguy i dont think so
this game its look like the movie of SAVING PRIVET RAYN
because they base on the same thing.
i dont think there were cannons there... correct me if i am wrong...
they don't make em like this anymore
For me, if I try to turn my resolution up, it crashes my game
FUN fact: most of the men guarding Normandy beaches weren't German
gosto muito desse jogo ja ganhei muitas vezes
why can't we get those graphics?
no tanks and yet they are clearing the tank traps?
I take it you've never heard of explosives..
i take it you've never heard of sarcasm?
My comment was sarcasm :P
didn't seem like it at the time. I thought it was ignorance. my bad
Ryan was tasteless in the first place.
awesome
Where exactly was this massacre? I found something about 60 German prisoners shot in retaliation for the Malmedy massacre, in which 84 men were shot. Later on, some SS soldiers tortured and killed 11 black american prisoners.
Me and my dad used to play Medal of Honor all the time on original xbox when it was good until call of duty came out then he stopes playing call of duty is ok I geuss but you can't beet the Medal of Honor series
The narrator guy sounds like the history channel guy
50 deaths.... It took me fifty f***ing tries to beat this level.
The hardest mission ever!
