I have a ds-7608ni-q2-8p , i bought a vikylin camera HDW2431TM-AS-S2 i activated green checkmark in the nvr, camera works good on continous recording,BUT IN OSD- EVENT- can't enable motion detection and do not show the red squares areas when i press apply and error appear ** ERROR setting failed. WHAT CAN BE? cant find answers , i have 2 other cameras and i cant enable morion detection withou problem.
I upgraded firmware and downgrade, the vikylin camera cant enable motion detection on the hikvision nvr
