The sad thing is, it almost worked. He deserved better. What he did to Gonta was bad,, but still, he cared about Gonta, and even Miu too, he just didn't have much of a choice.. Maki, Kaito, Shuichi, Kaede, he loved them all. He even left Shuichi clues to end the killing game, just in case his plan failed. He's an overly hated character. But, to be honest, if I didn't know Kokichi's true intentions, I'd hate him so much, but people fail to realize what he really wanted to do. It must've been hard for him, to lie down on that press thinking that all the people he cared about the most would be happy to know he died (if they found out,, which I think they would have either way). Not to mention, he knew from the very start he was intelligent, resourceful, snd cunning enough to *potentially* save everybody. The only problem with that was in the end, it would have to result in his death one way or the other. He died for everyone and that still goes under appreciated. I love Kokichi Ouma. Like cooperating a bit and not being the gremlin he is- I mean isn't that how Maki, Himiko, Kiibo and shuichi were able to end the killing game? ------------------------------------------ Even if he did care about Gonta, why did he manipulate him into killing him? If he knew mui was going to kill him, then why go to the rooftop in the first place and make people's lives miserable? ------------------------------------------ I mean what did I expect he is litrelly the antagonist
