You can give her a extra condition treatment you leave her head in the water with conditioner in, and give her a hot water dunk, boil water and let it cool for 2 minutes then then put a little conditioner into the water take the head and dunk it in the water grab a towel and brush her hair out with a metal combed ag brush never use plastic bristles it makes the hair frizzy be damages it. You might have to hot water dunk her hair a few times. Also when brushing her hair with a metal brush use a tooth brush get it a little damp with a spray bottle and brush the hair straight down with a toothbrush

You can use a q tip for her teeth for the scratches you can use a micro mesh pad it's like a very thin sand paper just rub in circles lightly dry. Be careful as it takes paint off.

Are you using a wig brush? If not wig brushes are supposed to be used. Wig brush are way better in the doll’s hair. Just to let you know! Good job!

You need to use the American Girl hair brush or your dolls hair will get worse and don't never get the dolls eyes wet or else they will rust
