This video was encouraging as always and somehow always so aesthetic. Thank you for sharing your struggles with group discussions. This year especially I have really noticed my insecurities and hesitancy to speak up in class or in groups. We have this new structure for my history class where everyone in the class gathers around in a big circle and you discuss the reading. I get so stressed about how to break in and be respectful while also being able to share my thoughts. It’s something I am stressing to work on because it is also graded so if I don’t speak up it’s just bad. I very much appreciate you sharing your tips!

How often do you get stuck in a slump? The last few days I've just felt so stuck, I want to do things and some housework but I'M STUCK, I'm so tired of this!
