Be me, someone who has gained 20kg of weight since they started lifting and put cardio aside in the name of gains. I cant walk up my stairs without wanting to collapse
As someone who tried hard to to build muscular physique, this video definitely speaks to me. The effort made me exhausted, hungry, constantly eating and managing my food, and overall unhappy. It was far better for me to just work out enough to maintain a healthy weight, have a little muscle tone in some areas, and not be out of breath climbing some stairs!

They might not all be best for your schedule, but as long as you stick to it, the split doesn't matter that much. 3 days may work best for you, that's great. But 3 isnt the MOST optimal because there is no most optimal. The best plan is just the one you can stick to.
I love the different perspectives in shorts like these. Shows that the gym's for everybody, to be supportive, and it's all about balance between fitness and happiness
