there is a visual bug within the attributes screen, the tooltip doesn't display correctly with the alternative scaling for inferno nor lifetaker. I'm still currently using it with strength and all is normal aside from that misleading number
season 4 and im trying to build something like this as i just got the inferno, but for some reason my inferno is showing only abt 600 or so damage with 350 strength on
yeah they scuffed inferno even more, the tooltip on the side isn't showing properly but it does (mostly) proper damage. dots are still half of what int scaling does. u can just ignore that number on the attribute screen
a 25% damage reduction is pretty substantial, really not sure what else you'd have them do with it? if i was trying to start a lifesteal meta I'd use blooddrinker with abyss and mag gloves to heal on every crit as well with invigorated and shirking debilitate cleanse so you couldn't be diseased. you could be way more toxic than just using 1 artifact exactly as it's intended honestly
an incredibly small percentage of the player pop actually participates in wars, you'd hear a lot more complaining about something that ruined the fun of casual modes. I agree tho it'd be dumb to run this in war anyway voluntarily taking a damage reduction when doing damage is your sole job. the idea behind running blooddrinker is more for solo players that can't count on a healer, prio living over raw dmg

If it can impact and break wars, that's what matters.. No one really cares about "OPR builds". No one would ever run this in war
