hey got room for a few Ex-pilots we brought some Frontier made food, drinks, and moonshine with us too though we couldn't bring our Titans due to maintenance, transport, and supply issues but also an EMP like event as well just killed our Titans reactors and fried their internals. But but hey not gonna lie from what recordings I seen you all you Raven's and Lynx's I don't mind trading a Titan for and AC plus I have a feeling I'll be better off in an Armor Core rather than an Titan either way nice for you to have us.
This is the type of Song that plays in a Bleak, Desolate Wasteland, but in such a Wasteland, there's at least one shimmer glow of hope that managed to pave a possible but long tough way to a Better Future.
I can see this playing on the ending of Verdict Day for that's how it ends funny enough, with the mercenary and Fatman standing up against the foundation and J believes of no being hope but only war and making one final flight through the wasteland to prove them there's indeed hope

God, Armored Core does such a good job at creating such a vast amount of deep lore with so little actual story telling and world building in it’s games. I think the music is designed to work hand in hand with the story to help you imagine the world that FromSoft has created. Like the image for this video. The music alongside this video combined with the memories you made from playing For Answer, builds up this bittersweet feeling in you. These soldiers are standing in front of a massive mechanical war machine that’s thousands of stories tall. They look like average military that you’d see today, but you notice that there are no flags on their uniforms, because in the world of AC4/FA, countries are all but extinct and corporations rule everything with their private armies. It’s a sad thought to think of if Apple and Google went to war and sent thousands of troops off to die just help promote their next product. I hope to God that at E3 2021, FromSoft reveals an Armored Core 6, because I desperately want to play a new entry in this fantastic franchise EDIT: GAME AWARDS 2022 - ARMORED CORE IS BACK!!!
I played the original on PS1 way back when and all I remember is that I loved it. I heard this from Hazel's video as well and now I just want to start tracking down the games to give them a shot.
I still play the games to this day. This series is an unappreciated gem, and I wish fromsoft would take some time to come back to this series at some point when they aren’t obsessing over making more dark fantasy games.

There's something about us, something that sets us apart from everybody else, but what? One thing is for sure, the world isn't done with Ravens yet. Not by a long shot. We are a legend that never dies, and even if God wills that we do we will not fade into nothingness. Ravens will endure just as long as Humanity. But even then, the road to recovery from all this devastation is hard and painful. Not everyone will make it, but some of us will. Some people just can't let go, and they get left behind. I guess that's just how the world turns.

God the memories of battling motherwill. The armoured core series were my introduction into mechs in general as a child. And to this day it remains one of my favourite game series. On a totally biased opinion that outright ignores all the flaws any of the games had. They were all master pieces in my eyes.
I think the game's biggest problem was the way it told its story. You have to go wiki-hopping to understand all the implications. However The story is strong, it's also got the best mech-game mecanics in my opinion!

As a new Raven I gotta say, AC 6 is probably my favorite game from FromSoft, I love Elden Ring and Sekiro, all the Other Souls too, but this game hit different, the characters the setting how you brought an actual spark of hope in the in game universe (not saying the other Fromsoft games didn't) it's an amazing game all around. So with all that said, I hope Armored Core still goes a long way. Hoping for an AC 7 sometime in thw future
Mission objective achieved. System switched to normal mode. You hear your generator spool down, and the safeties on your weapons click on as your AC enters normal mode. You just barely scraped through that last mission. But you did it. Only a few hundred AP left, and a handful of shots in your last weapon. But you made it. As you sit there, feeling the adrenaline fading, you hear that familiar voice on the radio. "Lets go home and get some rest, Raven. We still have a long way to go."

They're so different and yet so similar at the same time, I couldn't put my finger on it, but I think its due to them being the last of their kinds dwindling by time. They used to be so damn popular and the pioneer of their respective genre with many tried to replicate them, but now people have forgotten about them. No longer interested in Stealth and Mech genre anymore, there's no place for them in today's age. Despite that, me as an old school gamer, loved these two genres and series the most. If there's one thing that can grant me a wish, I would choose someone to make a new game combining the two genres. Imagine MGS gameplay with controllable Metal Gear with Armored Core play style. That's truly my dream game. MGS may die in a such horrible way, but on the bright side Armored Core has been given another chance to shine again and may revive Mech genre to another level.

God its weird seeing essentially a community basically rise from the dead and instead of them gatekeeping they welcome the newcomers with open arms. It's nice

I dont blame them one bit, considering the last entry was over a decade ago. AC6 is my first game and it is am absolute riot. I finished the story entirely, just going back for various pieces of kit i missed and doing the pvp, which is alsp very good.

I know nothing about AC, other than the occasional research here and there eversince AC6 was announced... How am I so enchanted of the OST of these games without investing anything on the Gameplay, lore or characters? I hope that AC6 would be astonishingly successful and gains enough traction to have all the other games ported over. I would really want to live this experience and get more of these amazing OST's.
Armored Core is an amazing game series really a lost diamond in all the shit that is now games today from software really does need to understand that we are a good community that still deserves at least a remastered version of the games for the new systems armored Core was definitely not a failure especially in Japan Before Dark Souls armored Core was their best selling title what are the community deserve something for basically making them what they are today....
With gundam and hand a drawn mech anime/manga coming slowly back to mainstream west, hopefully they see there's a whole fan base that just doesn't see mechs as giant guns and they are their characters.

I am currently playing through all the old AC games, after I played and beat AC6 to 100% completion I wanted to see how it all started, I've beaten a few of the older games already but I Still Have a Long Way to Go... (Btw I have been having the time of my life with the older games, and would literally kill for a remaster of ACFA)

Hey there ravens old and new i am here to say thank you all as a community and thank to you too geezers the ones who tought me and told me about this beautiful series they are no longer here but they are now in a better place...a better battlefield codename: felix, davis, and the lostmomento are the ravens whom have mentored me in this game them old geezers sure were grumpy and tough...but i sure as hell wont forget them may they rest in peace towards another field filled with ac's and guns same goes for all the other old ravens see ya on the battlefield
God its weird seeing essentially a community basically rise from the dead and instead of them gatekeeping they welcome the newcomers with open arms.

As a member of another small community I would definitely do this if the moment ever came... I'm happy to be welcomed and Armoured Core 6 when the time comes~
I dont blame them one bit, considering the last entry was over a decade ago.
AC6 is my first game and it is am absolute riot. I finished the story entirely, just going back for various pieces of kit i missed and doing the pvp, which is alsp very good.
As an AC newfag it seems like the game did the gatekeeping, only to 1 in 5 though
tbh, its the bosses who are doing the gatekeeping and the AC6 only community

I know nothing about AC, other than the occasional research here and there eversince AC6 was announced... How am I so enchanted of the OST of these games without investing anything on the Gameplay, lore or characters?
I hope that AC6 would be astonishingly successful and gains enough traction to have all the other games ported over. I would really want to live this experience and get more of these amazing OST's.

Armored Core is an amazing game series really a lost diamond in all the shit that is now games today from software really does need to understand that we are a good community that still deserves at least a remastered version of the games for the new systems armored Core was definitely not a failure especially in Japan Before Dark Souls armored Core was their best selling title what are the community deserve something for basically making them what they are today....
With gundam and hand a drawn mech anime/manga coming slowly back to mainstream west, hopefully they see there's a whole fan base that just doesn't see mechs as giant guns and they are their characters.

I am currently playing through all the old AC games, after I played and beat AC6 to 100% completion I wanted to see how it all started, I've beaten a few of the older games already but I Still Have a Long Way to Go...
(Btw I have been having the time of my life with the older games, and would literally kill for a remaster of ACFA)
