The mountain looks beautiful. We're only getting rain. My spirit is down. Just because of everything 😔Thank you for the info and walk around. Blessings to you and yours. I really like Chelsea's coat!
I think we're in for a difficult four years, Kathie, I won't say differently. However, I think the hard truths that will have to be faced will bring a positive turnaround that will put this country on a better long-term footing. Hold on to hope, dear one. ❤️
It tried to snow here but the ground was too warm. But that wind was wicked ! It seeped into your bones. My heating pad sure felt good ! Take care ! Stay warm !
You'd ask about P. E.I. I tell you it's so lovely, so very very clean its as if the communities, rural and cities mow on the same day. we didn't even see litter as we drove from one end to the other during three summer vacations. We determined the lawns have just about all thyme which keeps lawns low and pretty purple flowers when they bloom.
Thanks, dear one. Each time we drove into Canada, I was always surprised by how much cleaner the roadsides were. I grew up in Michigan, so we visited Canada every few years. That was long before a visa was required. 🤔
Blooms with a light snow, it's not something we'd see much of in the north atlantic. The colours really popped when you gave us that downward look into them. A painting of a plant in bloom with snow would be amazing.
they are so beautiful, the little flowers 🥰...can't they be used for small Christmas bouquets for that market💐..? or can they not manage to get into the heat? ... take care 😘
Thanks for the walk through your snowy garden Patti and Chelsea.I could hear the wind blowing .As I've said before Patti we were expecting snow here twice in our forecast and still nome but it's very cold .Great idea Chelsea has about having cabins in the woods. TAKE CARE .❤
Hi Patti & Chelsea. The flowers stand out in the snow, love the variety of colors from the snapdragons and matthiola. The flowers that Chelsea named chrysanthemum are actually dianthus or sweet william as you call them. These might survive the winter also the snapdragons if you pinch the blooms.Looks like it is cold outside (windy). We had some snow last week (1-6 inches). Now it is raininig and grey skies again. Thanks for sharing ladies.
Oh ladies......I'm sorry about the Weird Weather, this year. > Who knew? Yikes, I can hear that Wind howling, and the Snow crunching as you walk > We haven't even had our first snow ...here in Northern Ontario. Do you usually get very much snow, this time of year?
Oh my...the snow against the snap dragons and other flowers is absolutely beautiful!
It really is a pretty sight! 😊
Beautiful blanket of snow. Stay warm and safe both of you.
Thanks, Martha. You as well. 😊
Dusting of snow is beautiful your plants are loving the colder weather so pretty
Thanks, Barb. 😊

Flowers are beautiful in the snow. Your snaps and dianthus should be fine and bloom again in the spring. Mine have survived ice storms
Thanks, Mary. 😊

Springtime blooms in mid November, is truly surprising here as well. 😊

If some are still blooming the first week in December, we will take them to our last market. 😊
May the lord bless and protect you and Hugh and the homestead and the animals . We had an 1inch on Tuesday
Thanks, Brenda.
I've always thought an inch to be about perfect. Enough to enjoy the beauty, but not enough to cause problems. 😊

Thanks, Francisca. You're right. I those are carnations which are in the dianthus family. 🤔

Yikes, I can hear that Wind howling, and the Snow crunching as you walk > We haven't even had our first snow ...here in Northern Ontario.
Do you usually get very much snow, this time of year?
Thanks, Lori. We typically only get two or three snows each year, but this year is anything but typical, so we'll see... 🤔
@@Phoenixacresfarm Yes, you will soon see. Spring always returns.... bringing back so much beauty.
winter is coming
Yes, and I'm going to enjoy it thoroughly! I hope you will as well. 😊
