Wouldn’t a ‘perfect predator’ know that the Foundation members follow protocols exactly? So, what if SCP-6511 was planted by the predator to make the Foundation remove itself? And then destroy the Department of One person to stop the Foundation from coming back.
I think the first bits are mostly lies, this scp dissolves the foundation so there is nothing to hunt, leaving only the one man as the bait, then the foundation is punted into a new reality along with the rest of the world. Leaving this dude alone
Honestly, I have a headcanon that this entire channel is just a declassified log of SCP's that the Department keeps for personal reading. Like he has near O5 clearance but he can never leave or have direct contact with the outside world. And part of the reason he does this is to prepare himself to imagine a scenario where he will be necessary.
