I wonder if there are women like that anymore😂😂😂 I think there will be plenty of jealousy, anger and hatred towards one another. I normally don’t listen to stories this long but decided to do so with this one. I’m glad I did. I lost my beloved life partner 2 years ago. We had 38 years together so my grief is different from Cassie’s. He was everything to me - father, brother, cousin, best friend, definitely lover and anything else imaginable. This story touched me in different ways. My husband too built ship models although he preferred to build airplane models. He was actually knowledgeable enough about aviation history and aircraft construction that he could have been the curator of a major aviation museum. At any rate there was no major hidden secret from his past, although I do have questions about certain things that weren’t disclosed. Maybe I’ll discover them, maybe not. But it’s not really important in the long run. However unlike Cassie I doubt very much that there will ever be another man in my life. It’s a bit too late in the day for that and it would be an extraordinarily unique man who could touch my heart. Of course I would never say never but it’s fairly unlikely. I am glad I took the time to listen to this story. The narrator was superb btw.
