Really enjoy your videos. I have learned a lot. Looks like Clarksville is the few affordable places to purchase a home but I’ll bet that is going to change. With all the growth happening over there, it’s just a matter of time before people realize Clarksville has a lot to offer. Btw…I love your music choice with the video! 👍

Thank you for the informative post. I find the music loud relative to the narration. I think your narration is more important.

Clarksville TN or Greenville SC?? Just curious on people thoughts… both seem nice, safe, conservative, and southern. Which is better??? Opinions go!

The main difference that I see between the 2 is that Greenville is a well established metro area of both Greenville-Spartanburg and ultimately Greater Charlotte as well. Clarksville is just now coming into an "emerging" market. It is a market that is currently being revitalized and has the support infrastructure of a military base close by. This makes for a pretty great combination of future growth potential.

I would have loved to hear which areas/neighborhoods in Clarksville these houses were in. We’re military and getting ready to move to Ft. Campbell. And the hardest thing about moving is finding the right area that fits your lifestyle. And unfortunately alot of us go blindly into these military towns and may not end up in a good spot.

We can definitely go over the neighborhoods and areas to move with you. We've helped many military families move here to Clarksville. You can schedule a zoom with me and my team at thedendyteam.com and we can go over everything Clarksville with you. Talk to you soon!

Hi. Im thinking to relocate to Clarksville but have mixed feelings about it. I found out about Clarksville because it was named the best place to live in 2019. On the other hand stats show that is not very safe.

Hey Jethro, this is definitely a hard stat to measure. It really depends on what area you are in. You can look up most cities and see a certain crime statistic depending on what part of the city you are in. There are definitely some great neighborhoods in Clarksville. It is definitely one of the great secrets near Nashville due to the home values increasing. This actually one of the best times to buy in Clarksville. Over the next 3 to 7 years, we are going to see a huge increase as people are moving further away from Nashville.

@@GreenPinkies Two questions please. 1. Do you prefer now that you've moved there? 2. Is landlording good in Clarksville with Fort Campbell close by? I'll be grateful for your input.

Your snippet at about 10:00 is not Dunbar. The part you are showing is the Greenway, which is a great place to walk and sometimes you can see the river. The only thing Clarksville is missing is a Whole Food or Sprouts. There is a Sams, but no Costco.

We appreciate the heads up on the video and you are definitely right about Clarksville needing a Whole Foods, Sprouts and a Costco too.
