Yes, absolutely, we love living in the Spring Hill/Columbia area! My family and I are currently building in Columbia and couldn't be more happy! Give us a call if y'all decide to move to this incredible area!

What made you choose Drees Homes at Bear Creek in Columbia over Drees Homes at Glades in Smyrna? I am still torn between the two. Thank you!

Great question! Our family has events in the community around Franklin and Spring Hill. With those ties and our church, Smyrna would be too far. I don’t think that you can go wrong with any Drees property though.

Are the bugs problem huge in Clarksville? Also what about snakes? I am terrified of snakes & some bugs.

It depends on the bugs you are talking about and the season. We do have certain seasons where mosquitoes are worse than other seasons. Having a quality exterminator company can prevent the rest of the typical "household" type bugs. Snakes (at least around middle Tennessee) haven't been a problem that I have seen. FYI: Bonus-If you want to avoid all snakes, you could move to Hawaii. How cool would that be? They don't have snakes.

@@livingaroundnashville thanks for the info...much appreciated. 😊🙏 My husband is set on relocating to Tennessee. My fear of snakes is merely a personal phobia. I don't understand why cos I never encounter any snakes in my life. 🤷‍♀️

@bobbymommychiyo6302 Glad to help. Do you have a timeline for when you are moving?

@livingaroundnashville no idea yet. Because we have to sell our house here in Wyoming. Then hubby has to find another job there in Tennessee. Or he has to get a work transfer to Indiana.
