That's what I 'd been baffled with. Until I learned that not all Synology NAS can just MailPlus. I'm currently using DS220J and MailPlus doesn't appear in the package download. Even if I were to download a generic MailPlus SPK file from the Synology site, an error would appear while installing.
Can you clarify Mx Record and A record? I am assuming A record is the static IP of synology drive. Where do I find Mx Record?

Synology needs to recruit designers, and now the interface has fallen behind. It looks like it was 10 years ago.
It's fine. Besides, the interface is just a client. You can use any mail client with this server, as it is just that...a mail server.
