I work out regularly, dont eat sugar or processed shits and spend time in cold weather outside regularly(even in freezing temps I take cold showers) and only take vitamins like D when its shit weather and zinc, iron after sex lol...dont worry about me Im fine 18 and as good as ever, I got vacced in july and now third dose is getting hyped a lot, especially if you want to go to austria or germany its mandatory Im p sure, i dont need to think about it getting it , again, as im good man bless you ;)
