I am a 62 year old christian woman, that has been keeping the 7th day Sabbath since I was 17 years old. I greatly enjoy videos such as these, and especially the "matter of fact" information such as WHY there always seems to be stress and arguments in the family, just when I want to invite the Sabbath Shalom into my home. You just briefly mentioned it, but it would be helpful to hear more of these things from a womans perspective and how you can actually keep calm and protect the peace. Kindly note that there are more people than you think that are earnestly watching and that appreciate what you are doing. Please don't rush, even when your "producer" feels that you should wrap things up😊It is helpful to let your intent and words flow and not be interrupted and to just consentrate on what an important, educational job you are doing😊
Beautiful! Lighting a candle taking some time for that divinity, to bring light into the house, setting table, giving value & importance for woman in your home, mother & wife, asking for knowledge. This is beautiful. This is like lighting lamps in India to bring light,is a form of worship in Hindu culture too. It’s a custom in our culture too to value mother, wife- basically the women of the house. How wonderful! Thnx for sharing.
Oh I am just a beginner in reading TaNaKh and studying! I am so happy to find you! You are beautiful! I am a grandmother and love your family feel to this video as you share how to bless HaShem! I just learned that’s what to call our creator! What a wonderful channel! I just subscribed! ❤🎉 Thank You! Looking forward to catching up in your videos!
Thank you so much. I can see you put a lot of love into your teaching. I am about a year into my converting process and have been to a few Shabbat Meals and many Shabbat Services at Shul, but your explanation really “spoke “ to me. Thank you and Stay Blessed! #18🙂
That's amazing I'm so grateful that the videos make sense for you please feel free to ask me questions and I'll try to integrate it with the videos I'm doing only blessing upon you and your journey
Can gentiles attend a Shabbat dinner? I once did in Vilnius , Lithuania , in an orthodox synagogue as a guest of a Jewish lady but felt a bit of a fraud wearing the kippa when I'm an Anglican Christian.
Christians are called to keep the seventh day sabbath of the creator too. It is not the Jews sabbath but Yahuah hallowed set apart day. If you are a believer you should be keeping Shabbat too on the seventh day.
@@AChosenGenerationHMSTD not according to scripture the 7th day of the week is not Saturns day or suns day the pagan week days didn't exist when Moses was given instructions for the Sabbath day and anyone who reads scripture knows the Sabbath is not fixed to one particular day of the pagan week days Read EXODUS chapter 12 through 16 To findout
You can also invite people over your home lighting a candle can happen for everyone every Jewish woman can light it at her own home if she has guests or not if she is a guest or not so any Jewish lady can turn on her own lights

What would it look like for a single mom to celebrate Shabbat dinner by herself? Is this something I could do alone?
Absolutely
Lighting candles eating bread can all be done with shingles as well
