if you need your problem solved, i remembered when i was kicked out of my account and they used just 20 minutes to get me back logged in

I do have a problem po kasi nahack facebook ko kaninang 1am.. This morning ko nalng nalaman dahil sa emails na nareceive ko about the changes on my account and nkalog out na dn yung account. I was able to reset my password naman pero hindi ko pa makuha yung code kasi during the process of taking a photo of my ID ay laging blurry so after trying several times ay hindi na ko nkapagsend ulit ng clear na ID and it says join facebook or log in to continue. I'm thinking na it's not allowing me to send the photo dahil sa repeated action. Ano po kaya magandang gawin? 😟

Maari ni yo po ba ako matulungan. New subscribers nyo po. Di ko po kasi ma log in fb ko dahil wala ako ma receive na code dahil sira na po ung sim card ko. Pero trinatray ko po itong video na ito sa pag submit po kasi ng ID ako may problem sobrang tagal po mag upload. Halos mag hapon po loading lang kaya binaback ko na lang po. Pero nag email ang facebook po sakin. 🙏😭

Hi sir, wla po sa option ung having trouble sakn, try another way po, and then option lng po is **get a code from the authentication app** at **use a back up code you save** last option is account recovery na i have to send my id and fb will verify within 48hrs,. i hope you might help me gamit ko po kasi sa work thank you
