I hate going up against people who proxy. Its such an annoying playstyle. I feel like they shouldnt be able to get homeguard if they die while proxying.
Yeah, I'm not a fan of playing against it either XD The lower early level death timers and homeguard buffed proxy big time. I feel like proxying in general is too strong. It just becomes so oppressive so quickly if the player knows what they're doing and gets a lead.
I have a question. Do you always play Jax top or do you try and counter pick people. Example 1: the enemy top laner picks first and they go Garen do you play Jax into Garen or do you counter pick. Example 2: If you are first or second pick and the enemy top laner hasn't picked a champ yet do you blind pick Jax or do you ask someone who has a later draft to swap pick order with you. I'm always worried about blind picking into a garen, gragas or malphite.
On this account specifically I just pick Jax whenever I can. If I was actively trying to climb, I'd pick Jax more carefully. For example 1: I'd counter pick. For example 2: I'll usually ask to swap later, even if I plan to pick Jax anyway to lower my chance of getting counter picked. Picking Jax first is risky, especially if you don't know what the enemy comp is. I do sometimes first pick Jax if I see Jax is good into the rest of the enemy comp, though.
@@Inflexxius What kind of team comp is Jax not good into and vice versa? I never even think about that when I'm playing games which is probably why I'm bad. Right now I've been learning Jax, what other champs are good to pick up for a top lane champ pool?
@@Bismuth00 Jax doesn't like it when the enemy comp has too much peeling, CC, enchanters, tanks, and mages with CC. The less of the above and the more ADCs the enemy comp has, the better for Jax. As for champ pool, there are a ton of solid champions in top lane. The best thing is to pick what you'll enjoy playing the most since then you'll stick with them and learn them. If you really want to improve/climb, then try to keep your champion to about 3-4 champions.
It did bother me a bit, but I think that was just because I was trying to debate the Sona play during the match. I'll just make sure to leave it to be reviewed after the game next time.
