    There are actually people out there like that. This is scary. This guy is a nut. He needs to be prisoned on a deserted island all by himself with no means of escape.

    All betrayals are bad, but some are diabolical. This right here, one of the worst. That brother is a sociopath. Hopefully they keep piling on the charges so he never sees the light of day again.

    It wasn't enough for James to break up OP and his family, he had to destroy everything else about his life? The hell!?!?

    This sounds very similar to another story where the brother set him up making it look like he cheated and no one believed him and he was alone for 6 years until he got a phone call from his mother saying they know the truth and his evil brother got to walk his daughter down the isle and got his ex pregnant with a son!

    You're right. I didn't.

    I wouldn’t take them back after that. No regaining my trust after tossing me aside like that.

    Assuming this story is real. Three people can never be forgiven : the parents and the ex-wife.
    While i understand how the daughters were actually manipulated, the wife and the parents knew very well james was obsessed with his SIL and yet believed him the second he accused op of cheating.
    The parents rallied behind James and protected him despite his inappropriate behavior in the past, but it took them a second to kick out OP from their lives. If it wasn't for the small slip up , they would've stayed NC.
    The wife is even worst, she knew james was a psycho. She didn't just believe him, she straight up married him the second OP was out of the picture which leads me to think this whole thing wasn't one-sided. She could've found a new partner elsewhere but she went for OP's brother.
    The daughters could be excused, except Lauren maybe. She was hurt and wanted to hurt OP back by allowing James to walk her at her wedding. Now that the truth is out. I'm pretty sure everyone knows that was the exact moment they lost any chance at reconciliation. And that's exactly what OP felt.
    This family was forever destroyed but i pray for OP's peace of mind and happiness.

    Why would his accomplices not think she would be at her own art show?

    Whomever is the author of this story, because how it is working it ain’t AI, you have great base to sit down and create a truly sellable screenplay.

    This is undoubtedly a work of fiction, but there are instances of things like this in reality.
    Treating this as real.
    I would be just like OP, wanting justice for my life being destroyed.
    As for my family, I would tell them I forgive them, but could never forget how they could so easily believe his lies, and reconciliation would forever be off the table.
    Especially the wife, who always knew how the brother thought OP had "Stolen" her from him, almost getting her fired with an unhinged rant at her workplace, then after she divorced OP, married the conniving brother.
    I would have to wonder if there hadn't been something going on there for years, and she was just covering her own azz.
    As for the girls,and his parents...same deal, if they could so easily believe that the father, and son, who had always been there for them, could do something like that, and disown him for it, they deserve no consideration.
    They would just become dead to me, and if he got that $12 million dollar payout, he could easily go somewhere that they could never find him.

      so much of this is based on real incidents.. and mental whacko siblings and family members can wreak havoc because many "P's" are so totally oblivious they could not see a bomb if it was held in front of their noses.

      The wife and daughters were also hurt by the manipulation.

      James had a pattern of obsessive behavior and tried to break up the marriage before. Yet they straight up believed his claims. I wouldn't say they were manipulated.
      Also, the fact the ex married him straight after the divorce leads me to suspect HER loyalty.

    Yeah, I could forgive, but never forget. My ex I would be done with, my parent will die with only one son who cares and my children would wait years to see anything resembling a relationship. It’s about just throwing me to the wolves and having no faith in me. Now I would be expected to just forgive and accept these traitors back into my life? Can’t do it.

    Another completely exaggerated and nonsensical story. Which customer cares whether an employee is having an affair with anyone? Which daughter excludes her father from the wedding "just" because he may have cheated on his mother? Why do these stories always have so much “pseudodrama”? Waste of time!

    • @marktwain2053
      @marktwain2053 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You would be surprised with how many "Customers" of a corporation view such things as possibly damaging their brand, and there are many verified cases of children excluding one parent or another from a wedding because of infidelity.
      Not everyone goes along with most of the present insanity pervading society.
      You apparently live in a bubble.

  • @NessaEllenesse
    @NessaEllenesse 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

    I think OP should forgive his children and their mother. They are just as much victims of James' manipulation as he is. That said if someone came to me with "proof," my husband was cheating on me... Let's just say what I would do to that person doesn't belong on an internet comment section.
    Refusing to reconcile would be giving James one last win, while reconciling would be one big fat middle finger to him.

      He should never forgive his wife she divorced him and immediately married his brother and didn't even bother to invite him to his daughter's wedding. Only God knows if she has been cheating on him
