Hmmm. What expenses did you have different?
Watched the whole thing, even googled it, it's a real place. But who the hell rents cheap homes like that for $900/mo? pulled up Hotpads and looked around that exact neighborhood and sure enough, 4 bed 2 baths are at least 900, maybe more, this is insane. At first i tried to prove this wrong, but damn those homes cashflow. Why anyone would rent is beyond me.

Hey Jonathan! Thanks for your comment. This is indeed a real place (because it's actually my property) and was surprised to hear that it was on deal of the day. Indianapolis is a great rental market for these reasons, there is a huge margin between where your mortgage payment would be and how much you could rent properties for.
