Thanks for this tip. Her website popped up on the first page immediately I searched her, I read through her resume and it seems pretty tight. So, I dropped a message & hopefully she replies soon.
The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.
It's unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $760k by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.
I think this is something I should do, but I've been stalling for a long time now. I don't really know which firm to work with; I feel they are all the same but it seems you’ve got it all worked out with the firm you work with so i surely wouldn’t mind a recommendation.

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 175K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities..
Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again.

@@Victoriataylor5668 The broker I'm in touch with is *ALICE ELAINE HAYHURST . I came across her in a Bloomberg interview and got in touch with her. You can use something else. For me, her strategy works hence my result. She provides entry and exit point for the securities I focus on.

Look on the Book "Guide To Investing", it talk about all kinds of investors there are, even in the stock market. First suggestion is to look into it. Second, always remember that is better to invest yourself because you learn more, even if you make mistake along the way. If you give it to the broker "expert" in most cases he doesn't care if you lose it all, he only cares about his commission. If he is genuine that ask him if he also has his own money investing, if he does not, than he's just a salesman. Third, remember that the taxes are charge for 2 fronts here, 1. tax for every stock movement and 2. For earning.
In the stock you win when the stock win, so everything is pure speculation. thats the risk. Good Luck.

1. Acquire knowledge and be willing to apply it (People invest money with those who have financial education)
1a. Seek smarter people than you (mentor and a team), with good intent.
2. Identify the market itself rather than the face value.
3. The math involved in the market gives you foresight and ability to be optimal.
4. Know the importance of a business plan.
5. Find cash flow income that can substitute as 'credit' and make you more.
Summary: Money is made in the mind, it is made from what you see that others don't. Your most valuable asset is your mind.

True, the US-Stock Mrkt had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable, considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled mrkts, but as you mentioned there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look, I’ve netted over $850k in the past 10months and it wasn't some rocket-science strat. I applied , I just knew I needed a firm and reliable technque to navigate better in these times, so I hired a portfoilo advlsor.

@@4homemail I think people are missing the point. He's not being arrogant or oversimplifying - he is stating basically that you need not be greedy.
Listen to the part before he makes this statement - "we don't know if it is the top, but it is close enough".
He is stating that the profit is strong enough to make it worthwhile to sell, don't hold on too long because you're afraid you'll miss out on more profit, if you've made strong enough gains, step away and reap the rewards.
Example: you buy 1 share of Bitcoin at $3000 back when it was really cheap. When it hits $15,000 you and many others sell. Because 500% gains are hard to walk away from.
Nobody can see the future, so who knew it would eventually hit $60k+.
But if you took profits at $15k, even though you did not texhnically maximize your return, you still walk away a winner.
If you always walk away a winner, you'll never be a loser. You'll never go broke.

Rent control is to adjust to the average cost of living. Currently there is a huge wage gap. The middle class is very small as most of those jobs have become minimum wage service oriented jobs.
Rent control is usually based upon location or zoning, size of property, square footage, age and condition of property, and amount of the monthly bank lease combining property tax and insurance. Finally taking into account income groups. Like if it's a single person income at minimum wage with no dependants. Or two person income with dependants. And etc etc etc etc... That's how you find the averages and then set renting caps. It doesn't leave the property owner out of profit but puts the profit margin into an area of what is considered "reasonable."
I met Sam Walton of Walmart in 1991. He told us to find a business plan that makes money on a regular basis and just repeat, repeat , repeat. When you get on the NYC stock exchange it will grow as fast as you can manage it. Words of wisdom. I was a truck driver for a family related business. Yes, he did take truck divers out for dinner.

When I started in 2011 as an investor, felt like there were 5 agents in my market. Now it feels like I can't go anywhere without someone being a new agent, and it all happened right after the market starting rising again in 2015.
