Trudy immigrated to the USA from Holland. A few years passed and she met a much older man (in his 40s) at the office. According to Trudy, he was extremely handsome, had money and she planned on marrying him. The fact that he was married with young children did not phase Trudy. Well, she accomplished her goal and had two children by this man. After retiring at age 65, he became ill. Trudy confided in me that she had filed for divorce and without missing a beat she continued (and I will never forget her words). “he is ill and 70, I am too young to stop living”! END OF STORY!!!!!! End of the lesson! A very true story and Trudy was deceptive, heartless, untrustworthy and a basic vampire to anyone! Looks deceive and men are basically FOOLS. Trudy’s husband died ALONE!

True story... I worked with someone whose spouse started a very nasty divorce. The one moving took all things they owned but had to come back with professionals to move the piano. The night before the piano pick up, the one staying put a dead rat down inside the back of the piano. Talk about stinking! Needless to say, eventually the rat was found but the stench in the new place was horrid.

The story might be based on real facts but that price doesn't at all sound believable. I've had tenants leave some real troubling issues in my homes but I could always eventually find the sources when I knew for fact it was a recent change and not some long term issue getting worse.

I stuffed a frozen, unwrapped chicken under the sub floor of a house an ex was remodeling after I caught him with someone else. During the summer. I figured it would take a few days, and he would be in a different part of the remodel by that time. I laugh everytime I think about it.
I had a friend do this very same thing with shrimp, after her ex kicked her and the kids out. She also poured shrimp juice "Water" all around the edge of the carpets. Cleaning does not get it out. LOL, he was the winner, he got the house and the kids would not go over there to visit him.
