He was abused by his own Wife and Mother. Had a terrible life off the camera from what I recall. Quite sad really as he brought so much happiness.

"Too Young to Marry toured between September 1955 and November 1956, but still allowed Formby time to appear in the Christmas pantomime Babes in the Wood at the Liverpool Empire Theatre.[171] The touring production was well received everywhere except in Scotland, where Formby's attempted Scottish accent is thought to have put people off."

Lmao, I think "analyzes" is a very generous term for describing what's happening on screen verbatim lmao. Limmy could entertain reading the phonebook. (After explaining to the viewers what a phonebook was in the 70s/80s.)

That’s definitely not all he does during these strange segments… it definitely classes as at least a break down, considering he breaks down what’s going on and gives his thoughts on it. So, analysis also fits.

@@jambutty2218 and you know this how? (Sources please)
And why do you, Spike and alleged ‘lots of people’ you mentioned dislike him? I understand if you don’t like his music but I can’t find solid grounds to dislike his character or any easily condemnable actions in his life which take away from all the good he did during the war for morale (to mention one ‘good’ thing he did).
