Can we get a 'Limmy Remembers...' tv series plz. I know Limmy isn't doing the tv stuff these days but he's already done a whole evening's worth of UK Gold material without even realising it.
@@prawnking79 He should have kicked them in the balls , pretty sure though he could have sued them for assault because that's what they did .That fucking show ruined so many peoples lives , and made stars of some really useless talentless cunts .
I used to work with a guy (now retired) who had an actual Larry David-esque long standing beef with Leo Sayer... He'd played drums for a few bands and various performances / shows over the years and had met Leo several times at different locations. I don't think they were on first name terms, but they vaguely knew each other, and for some not-fully-explained reason, kinda hated each other.. It was hilarious hearing his reaction any time Leo was mentioned, or one of his songs was played..
to be fair the didnt leave the proper way and hes acting like a baby. all he had to do was go to the diary room tell them hes not leaving the diary room untill he can leave the house

@@prawnking79 What yer on about? they have no legal grounds to stop him leaving, it's a tv show not a prison. If he says he wants to leave and you physical stop him it's false imprisonment.
@@Urov. idk, I meant they might have a legal responsibility for him, so they don’t really want to just let him walk away, they might need him to sign shit so he can leave and they’re not responsible for him

I'd have to disagree, he will have signed a contract for this programme before payment. He is on private property where he's just destroyed a lock and entered a restricted area where guests wouldn't have been permitted to go.
@@melvert33 Re : the contract . You can clearly hear Leo telling them to keep the money ( his fee ) therefore negating any obligation to honouring it . Private property ? It's a studio lot . Leo was trying to leave , not enter . Again , they had NO right to detain him against his will .
@@melvert33 good luck trying that defence out in court, not allowing someone to leave is false imprisonment no matter what a contract states unless he is being detained by police for a crime
@@TheMrbc74 well any occurrence that happened can be represented in a certain manner once it goes to court. They could say Sayer was not held against his will but temporarily detained for his own and others safety when he destroyed private property then began to act aggressively to studio staff and verbally abusing them with profuse language. He was then removed from the private property where studio staff members attempted to calm him down to ensure his own safety. My original point was that his behaviour meant the security has a right to do their job, false imprisonment can definitely be argued against due to his behaviour plus he asked to be let out and he was let out. If you went into your work place and acted like that, would everyone say oh just leave it there's nothing we can do or it's false imprisonment!
I always thought Leo was a nice upbeat n' bouncy kinda guy. Dirk Benedict. AKA "The Face" from the A-Team was the same on that series. What a pair of surly pricks.
Brian, I loved your paranoid comedy before, of which I've never seen done by anyone else. It was such a breath of fresh air. I just hope you have enough money to survive on twitch (I personally don't care to watch). Only thing is that I have a suspicion that the accent was too hard for stupid people to realise and therefor was not broadly marketable. Meh, still a legend
Limmy wasn't forced off TV, he was commissioned a couplex years ago for a show but he decided to retire after that few episode run because TV made him suicidal.
You realise he's probably making more money on Twitch than he did when he was making TV? It's a really lucrative business if youre successful and there's no shadow of a doubt that he has been for the past few years on Twitch.
Um, he has a lot of followers and most aren't Scottish. He does Twitch because he wants to and makes enough money doing it; it's like not having to work for him.
cannot be as bad as that cinnamon toast ken guy his channel and when he does videos with pewdiepie that is the absolute worst haha turns a 3 minute video into 3 year saga
Are you actually asking this or memeing? Cuz he gets asked this repeatedly. If you're being serious, it's because he likes to riff on the ads sometimes.

Would totally watch this.
Playlist on this channel called "Limmy Analyses TV", might suit your needs.
Turned into an actual kidnapping when he decided to leave and they wouldn't let him.
That would piss me right off, like you’re already in a mood and just want to leave but there’s two big cunts holding you back refusing to let you go

Maybe that’s why he moved to Australia. Upset enough of the wrong people.
I have not washed my pants since leo got to number 1 in 1977
angry like a caged lion with mucky undies
Don’t touch me you bastard !
Soon as I saw that I remembered Leo in the diary room saying "its sick"
classic
An old friend of mine (deceased now) was a cousin of Leo Sayer. Always said he is a horrible little man.
this is insanitry
He’s an old boy. He should be relaxing at his time of life. He must have not seen the program before.
Reminds me of when Frodo was kidnapped in LOTR.
Limmy is such a gamer
He eared his Australian citizenship right then and there 😂
Feel as proud as I did the last time hawke skulled a pint at the footy. Rip Bob.

Remember Pete Burns on Big Brother? Remember Kim Woodburn?
Gonna jump in a taxi

I'm confused how smashing the handle off the door allowed it to open...
Emergency exits usually have some sort of protective cover on the lock, so people don't try using it as a normal door.
I’d imagine it freed the pin which slackened the mechanism
Is’ always get Lionel Blair & Leo Sayer mixed up
Love you limmy 😍
He lives in Australia!
Watch the clip of him on Shooting Stars
love him.hes a genius.
